LOVE LOVE LOVE your flamingo chairs! I started with a black and white craft room and I decided it needed a "pop" of color, so I added pink flamingos!!!!

I keep telling everyone that I’m making a lot of progress in my craft room organizing, yet it looks like a tornado hit it! When I take all the extra crap out that no one wants to sort in boxes, bags and baskets from our move last summer, my office looks pretty amazing. I recently had to put it all back in and I can’t even function. My brain is spinning from the little piles o’ crap! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🥴. Thank you for your awesome tour and keeping it real!

Love your space! So helpful to see as I'm in the planning stage. One option I love for storing/organizing my vinyl scraps is an art portfolio. It'll fit in your drawer, you can sort scraps by color and add labels if you'd like. Was a gamechanger for me

“Monica closet”...love it! Whenever I move studios, which is often, the first thing I do is take down and store closet doors....and hang fun curtains instead. You gain about 9 sq ft of floor space, and it’s a fabulous opportunity to inject some personality and color. I usually store the doors under a bed or standing up inside the closet against a wall. Just saw the craft room video and I love your wall of shelving...it makes quite a statement!! What is the riser that you have the alex drawers on ???? It makes them look like a built in unit...very nice.
I have a severe disability now and can’t do any crafting or setting up my craft room the way I want it by myself anymore I hate not being able to do what I used to do. I have always wanted a desk storage setup like this with the pegboard on the wall and often thought of using the IKEA drawers in the same way. What is the length of the desktop? It appears to be one length top across all the drawers, did you you have it especially made and the yellow tape measure on the top. Oops your blog has answered my question on the desk top. Great work thanks.
Have u thought of putting the Ikea drawers on wheels, all of them. If u get rid of the old copy machine and basket ball, girl you are done for the day. Other than that great job on the room. You mention a bunch of paper things that do certain things, I was lost. Maybe you have a video on the paper/ ink/ stamp ?

If you put your filing drawer unit in a piece of 1/4 in plywood or equivalent you'll be able to use all drawers. Great room!

I have those Alex drawers also in my craft room. My husband set them on white shelving, because my craft room is also carpeted. It works great!

I added cheap wooden shimmies from Lowes. Husband shoved them underneath and worked perfectly
