    This is the kind of leadership that the country yearns for. Not petty grand standing that we have seen. Omtata is a godsend at this hour of need. Good luck omwami.

    Woow!!! Bravo!!! Mh. Omtata, what a broadcast inview and a great mind you have, I wish we could have like minded ones for each county in this beloved country of ours - Kenya. But I would like you to put on check your speaker who has failed us here in kilifi , by enriching himself and leaving us in abject poverty, his main aim to be on that seat is to guard himself of ills he did in kilifi.

    I am very pleased that you mentioned soil health. Good soil health yields good health. Asante. Regenerative farming is critical. Soil mapping and testing are critical. Let every farmer stop applying petrochemicals and plant protection products/pesticides/herbicides, in our soil and food production farms. I appreciate research and development that is integrated with teaching. It will be beneficial to encourage and develop the skilled workforce.

    Mr Omtata. Thanks for your principles and courage to speak the truth. One area I don’t agree with you is on research. I think medical research would be too expensive for kenya. So I propose we make use of available research. I would propose we first research on our own domestic problems like Nairobi traffic jam. Which cause huge monetary loss every day. Let’s also engage in manufacturing and exporting our manufactured goods like shoes and clothing.
    I have also learned it’s very easy to manufacture spare parts which we spend a lot importing from china.

    • @leonogoti6113
      @leonogoti6113 2 роки тому +3

      Levels of research vary and not all of them require huge amounts of investment. However, research is the only way you can understand, prioritize and subsequently develop innovative ways to solve the problems.

      Politics is a game of strategy & here numbers are very important. If AZIMIO could have had it their way in terms of numbers, Ruto couldn't be breathing politically. Ruto is an extremely smart & shrewd politician. By the time AZIMIO realized what was happening, they had only tel numbers & no actual numbers in both houses. Time will tell.

      Imagine this, let's take an MCA, an MCA that lost. Do you know that based on being an MCA they are entitled, entitled to a package?
      Wewe yuko na package? Nani analipa package ya huyo MCA?
      At times ata punda huchoka bwana. Wewe, if you want to work for the rest of your life, paying entitlements, it's your choice. Others may disagree. Let's just respect each other's option and work together to eventually make Kenya a better Kenya for all of us Kenyans... Peace!!!!!

    This talk of a party being republican, is virtually meaningless. Compare Kenys to Uganda. Uganda had monarchies long before colonization. After independence, the monarchy became an issue. It was necessary to remove the monarchies so as to turn the country into a republic. This was a progressive move. There is no need to struggle for republicanism.
