- Full day with us as a new family of 5. Having a newborn and older kids is definitely overestimating at times but we are certainly doing our best while also navigating moving from the usa to the uk.

Interesting thing about what you were saying about Charlie being bored. I just saw a segment that was talking about boys and how they weren't made to sit still. They were talking about how boys get in a lot more trouble in school because of this. We have 3 grown sons and I wish I knew that back then.

Found your videos a few months back, and have been catching up on past vlogs, thank you so much for these very real, very raw day in the life videos. Have a 4 and almost 2 year old, and they are now co-sharing a bedroom, and bedtime is a joint effort between me and hubs. Some nights it feels like a war. Your comment about Charlie being bored is so spot on, I noticed the same thing when my kids have been cooped up too long in the house it shows around bedtime. Summers visiting my family or days out they sleep like angels 👼

This is the first time I've seen a mum vlog that I can fully relate to. The tantrums, the sort of controlled chaos of young kids, and all the ups and downs in between. The little things like putting makeup on for your mental health has definitely motivated me to do similar!

Parents rarely make the connection that their child is bored and needs more mental and physical stimulation during the day, I'm so glad you know that! On the upside when you get to the UK Charlie is old enough to get 2 free nursery sessions aweek. You are doing amazingly, I'm currently bringing up my 25 year old son and his 18 months old child. The 18 month old is a joy 😁

Thank you for sharing realistic videos. Most of what I see (mum vlogs) on UA-cam, it doesn't seem realistic at all. Everything seems staged, orchestrated and perfect. Not real life! Which leads to unrealistic expectations which can affect women's reflection on how they are doing through motherhood. Thank you for your service!

We have 3, youngest is almost 2 and I’m getting baby fever again but I remember how hard the early days were with our 3rd with bad colic and the baby taking up soo much time I felt such mum guilt on my older 2 so it puts me off the idea of trying for a 4th! X
