There is nothing wrong in keeping the traditions going and that is what present Maharaja should do.Mysuru Royal dynasty always been admired by the people both within and outside the Karnataka state in India.They have been one of the most loved royal families in India.Though they do not have any political power the present royal family can serve the state and people social and cultural fields and certainly in promoting the Kannada language.What is happening now that our Kannada language is killed by people,politicians,media and bureaucrats.It is time that we the people should learn and speak proper Kannada.What is happening now that Kannada is adulterated with English and purity in Kannada is lost.The future generation will never know pure Kannada if this present trend continues.It is very very sad why they are mixing English with our noble Kannada.In this cause I believe that Royal family can play some role and part in making Kannada people aware of our Kannada is getting adulterated.Hence they should speak proper Kannada without mixing English words.They should inspire the kannadigas to be proud of their language and always take pride in speaking proper Kannada and all the time in daily life.People,politicians,educators,media,royal family and people who occupy responsible positions in the society will have to think positively in this direction and make sure that the purity of our language will survive indefinitely.I believe that the part played by the royal family however small will help a lot.For this reason alone they have to lean to speak pure Kannada when ever they speak in Kannada.

Yes we all agree but he studied in abroad he needa time. Myself being a kannadigan my wife corrects my kannada and she will add some words to my sentence when i speak with my relatives here in bangalore. But am learning more kannada words
