Actually, our Army is more efficient in interfering in politics rather than dealing with BLA and TTP ...In fact we are losing in Balochistan !!!!

We do all powers chip in for an "agreement" in 65 and 71 war? Because they want us to stay divided and play role of a buffer state. They want anything but a united subcontinent standing as one of top-3 nations in the world.
I agree with the first part but we are not loosing in Balochistan it’s stagnant yes but we’re not loosing Waziristan was much worse and we dealt with it.

In Balochistan, a percentage is going against the state, unlike waziristan where outsiders brainwashed percentage into fighting.

12:48 this is exactly why people were respectful of them. They would manipulate the system through political engineering and then come in as the rescuers. The regular Joe on the street would only see them as the rescuer rather than the one who caused the mess in the first place.

It is not preparedness of army because if it was than there are many other countries with better prepared armies than Pakistan and we don't see coups happening there. The main reason is that Army doesn't allow civilian institutions to be strong like Police, Politicians, Judiciary. The second reason is there is no counter paramilitary force independent of army. There are rangers but they are under military command. The third reason is the military's 111 brigade provides security for the PM and the President which upon Generals order they are the ones who would arrest the PM and the President. Fourth reason is ISI is headed by army General which is the secret agency. Therefore Army does not win the race because they can run the fastest, but they win the race by crippling the competition. This is also the reason why Pakistan never saw improvement in public sectors and services in over 70 years while the rest of the region did. It should be clear army wants to keep everything under their control by crippling everyone else including the public. Therefore no good public education, no good public health services, no good public opportunities even no good city services and therefore you see a lot of garbage all around the city. Army deliberately keeps the system dirty and corrupted so that only army can prosper. And of course if any good leader comes, they are disposed off (remember they win by crippling).
In all the points you made above you just explained the high preparedness of the army yourself. Basically you yourself have complimented the point he made about army preparing for power.

You cant blame the moral and financial corruptness of civil bureaucracy, legislature and politicians on army. If a person has a price to be sold for, anyone can buy that person. If not, no one can buy or derail someone from the right path.

Fatimah jinnah was not a political entity she was a social worker. Her fame was only because of her brother. She was nominated by the opposition in 1965 because they knew public will vote for her because of her status in the country. And the interesting thing is she died 2 years after the election so if she had won the election the government would have been inevitabley handed over to the ones behind fatimah jinnah. So in my opinion it was better that ayub won the 65 elections...
In his assessment of the coup of 1999 done by musharaf, he is not being factual. Not even once did he mentioned kargil. It was this misadventure that costed Nawaz Sharif his job. It is well-known that Nawaz welcomed Mr Vajpayee to Lahore and musharaf was planning something else. This was the reason for 1999 coup. TCM should have checked the entire video and only then it should have been allowed to uploaded.
The story of the 1999 coup was not as simple as he makes it out to be. He fails to mention that to appease Musharraf, NS gave him the dual role of chairman joint chiefs of staff committee on top of his existing role as CoS. He fails to mention how trust had broken down as a result of Musharraf’s adventure in Kargil without taking the government on board beforehand. He also fails to ask the pertinent question- why did NS feel the need to suddenly fire Musharraf from his job in such a hurry.
