Nice information but i would be lying if i didn't say that i was offended by the stay socially connected part i have absolutely no friends and i am happy about it and i think it's okay not to have any friends
It goes beyond having friends. As long as you don't talk to yourself from January to December then you are socially connected. Family is a part of it too.
