- During WHO’s first online global advocacy event for mental health, K-pop group, SuperM, spoke about the importance of positive energy, staying healthy and looking out for one another, before performing their hit song Better Days for viewers from across the world.

Ironically, the ones who need mental health support more than anyone are the idols and celebrities.. Many of the celebrities these days are suffering or have suffered from depression or anxiety because of the scrutiny on their lifes and malicious comments etc.. Many have admitted to it & many more are most likely hiding it behind smiles and laughter.
SM, please provide counselling for all your idols & trainees! I remember back in around 2010, Leeteuk created the Milk Club for SM idols who suffers from depression but was forced by SM to close it. Please stop neglecting such issues and care more about your idols especially the ones who have been in this cruel industry for a long time. It takes a toll on people.. And I feel sad for Taemin, he must have been reminded of Jonghyun's passing again, but at least this was for a good cause..

Dont worry dear. SM is prepare counsellor for their artists but we as fans also need to know when and where to encouraged them. Sometime when we arguing with haters or sasaeng online, this also can make our artist stress if they come across our comment. So, keep fighting!!!

SuperM is not just a kpop group, its a TALENTED, GENUINE, group of guys who want to bring us the joy of music. Something about them makes them so different from BTS and other kpop groups. Glad I found them!

This ^^^ i absolutely love SuperM. SHINee was my first K-pop group but I now have so much love for EXO and NCT (and I group WayV in with nct lol). I just love this song....its my go-to reminder that better things are just around the corner.....just gotta muddle thru the not so good stuff first 💙💙
I have had some really hard days lately, but this song has been one of the things that helped me through it. It makes me cry and brings me comfort. Thank you to SuperM for releasing and performing this song in support of World Mental Health Day, and thank you to the WHO for inviting them to perform it. I hope it brings comfort to many other people who hear it too.

This year has been... certainly strange. As someone who already struggles with depression and anxiety, being inside all day, being scared for my family members that I adore, not having a routine, seeing people close to me die, not seeing my friends... it has all built up and it's been hard. But SuperM (and all their respective groups and members!) have been such a nice escape from the bad. I am happy seeing their bond and listening to their music and now I am glad they are helping others heal too. Let's get through this together so we can repay them by seeing them live and showering them with love.

My favourite comfort song.
One of my fave parts of this song is when Lucas says “I can’t fix your heart but I can listen. I ain’t got answers but I got tissues. Lean on me.” Because It’s rlly comforting. I think it rlly encompasses the purpose of the song and the lyrics do what the song aims to do. It actually feels reassuring that even though right now your not sure about the future or the present but there will be better days for you and you have a bright future no matter what. (Plus this whole pandemic and last year of high school has left me feeling so off and horrible through it all so this song is really nice. NCT and SuperM, especially WayV has been giving me a small will to not just give up)
