Geoff bodine only flipped 7 1/2 times, matter of fact it isn’t even the most flips for a nascar truck since that title goes to Christopher Bell in 2016 and he did 9 flips

Ryan Preece car did 4 whole flips before touching the ground again. That is very rare and there has to have been some serious G forces involved in that.

The G force during the Ryan Preece crash must have been insane. His car was spinning so much and got really high in the air.

The amount of G's overall would be far less than a direct hit with the wall (this was not an 80-G or higher hit like the hard wall hits), but it was continuous and long lasting, with both vertical and lateral G's.

I never heard of Buddy Young, but having a crash like that on a road course is rare.

Nah it was more like 10 1/2 I would say the first 1/2 flip was when he caught the air and hit the grass and then started flipping back the original way he turned over and started the flip counter there if that makes any sense 😂
