Hi bud..... the shell the more or less super clean and hardly any rust.... otherwise i would have, it took me a while to source a clean shell and so it helps the build a lot.... also from the last evo experience the rear subframe bolts....there are 2 main bolts they are extremely solid to remove.... if you watch my last few episodes on the evo you will see what i mean...... also the evo should be ready on road this summer and i didn't want to wait another year..... and some companies spend 6 months to do an underbody of a car.
@@hoodstig 182 zinc primer but before that try and grind down all surface rust then rust converter leave 24hrs then the zinc primer then a heavy duty metal base paint. All the best

I've found a twisted wire wheel on a grinder is by far the best tool to remove underseal.

Great job bud but the silver hammerite spray is crap it will start flaking soon.
