HOW TO CUT AND FISH WITH RED BAIT - GALJOEN AND MUSSEL CRACKER FISHING

In this episode we went on galjoen and musselcracker fishing adventure. First job was to make sure that we collected fresh red bait. Francois showed me how to cut the red bait and get it out. After that we did a bait presentation with the red bait for that galjoen and cracker.
We managed to hook up to a decent cracker and straight after that is was into my galjoen.

Me and my friend live where you were at just 3 days ago me and my friend went fishing there where you were at we woke up at 4:30 to get there 😂but ya we caught some nice fish

soo my dad is an old fisherman and he gave me the advice to get rid of the red bait smell is wash your hands and then take vanilla essence (just a lid full is more than enough) and rub your hands with it. it works like a bom and the red bait smell is all gone :) hope it helps

To be fair, you guys were standing so far from the rock edge, could have been a little closer to the edge when the fish got under the rocks while still being careful, good video,👍

Red bait is a unique thing, nothing else smells like it 😅, to remove the smell stick your hands in pilcard then use orange mechanic soup lol.

That was definitely a massive cracker easy 15kgs atleast to be taking runs like that sad that it was lost i would have loved to see that fish
Is it Bemugi lodge that you are going to at hells gate? , and bemji is the owner of the lodge. I was there with Shawn mey from go fish tours and it was insane with the gts and queens and snappers, you going to have a insane trip.

Liqui moly hand cleaner takes the smell off easily. Can sleep next to the wife and she wont even know you used red bait that day.
