- Fishing GALJOEN of the rocks with some lovely stinking RED BAIT. My best bait presentation yet as i show you everything we do to try and catch our national fish the GALJOEN.
We walked close to 20km for the day and I did not even catch a fish, so I will go back to boat fishing for now.
But still was a lovely day being on the beach and having a braai with great people.

Galjeon fishing is not easy ,great video. I have caught some really huge one's. Try making a not on your sinker line saves you time making a new trace to just putting on a sinker
Will try that IF I ever go again. They are a lot easier to spear them

@@Bloudam Creating a video on how to catch Galjoen, at the same time you criticize the traditional method of onshore fishing, stating that you really don't like it and then go on to complain about the smell of bait. Definitely not a video I'll watch with my son who is a young fishing enthusiast, especially when you refer to bait as "shit". Perhaps make the title - " Why I prefer fishing from a boat / Estuary " .
