Wonderful educational stove video. I'm 70 something, lost track of the calendar, and spent childhood during the late 1950's and early 1960's wood stove feeding in Alaska, with much of the time since at the end of 4 wheel drive roads in Eastern Washington cord wooding it up... I liked your video and canvas tents, too. Thanks.

Pretty similar to the Four Dog Stove Company products. This requires some focus to determine which one is best. I like your spark arrester/rain cap, and the fire grate; and would like to check out the legs and how they are attached. But I'd have to check it out and compare materials, weight, and prices. Looks good though. I may see you some day. Quality is hard to come by these days. Peace

is it normal for the stove to have slight bulging on the bottom when a fire is lit?

line that stove with fire brick and you wouldn't need brackets and it will triple the life' of the stove not to mention make it perform way better !!

Tell us about those fire bricks! Thin, thick, cost... ...and I always liked a slap of heat substaining soap stone sized and cut to fit the top surface...
