- Fourth friendship tribute! Well, it is here. But I have to say you cannot compare this friendship tribute to the other ones, where I put so much thought in it. But I realized why and it’s not a bad thing. The Varric friendship is just kinda there from the very beginning. He is the one that keeps you on the ground and doesn’t really care that you are the Herold of Andraste. He stays in the background but is always there and reminds you of what you are in his honest way. The Cassandra friendship is all about developing trust and respect, the Dorian one is the emotional friendship about comfort and committing to something and the Solas friendship is about this spiritual, deep and tragic bond. But with Varric the bond is just there. Maybe because he treats you like anybody else. So I still have a theme here. It’s just not so on the nose. The other ones were a little bit more obvious. But I guess this is very fitting for this friendship. (I had to cut a few lines and maybe I forgot some things. And at some points the music is a bit too loud XD. I’m sorry.)

Now that I’ve made a friendship tribute besides Solas, Cassandra and Dorian I’ve decided to edit a friendship tribute with Blackwall aswell. I think it has potential. I also want to make a video with ALL companions. But that is in the “far future”. Thank you for the comment :).

And i remember reading some dumb note about how varric shouldn't have been brought into DAI since it just "felt" like a low continuation of his character from DA2.
That would hav3 been a waste. Varric is one of the best characters of DA if not the most iconic.

Late answer! XD A Vivienne tribute… Well, I’m not quite sure if I can make it work. Depends if you would like to see a character tribute or a friendship tribute. Because I had a more neutral relationship to Vivienne (for example, we had our differences about mages or Cole and I never liked how she treated him) and I’m not sure if I have every clip with her. But I will always see what I can do, when a person would like to see it. :) But I can’t promise a Vivienne tribute. It’s a very big and uncertain MAYBE. XD BUT I’m working on a companion tribute with all 9 companions, so Vivienne will definitely appear there! But before that, there will be an Iron Bull Friendship tribute. ;) Thank you for the comment. :)
@@iLaigalad I don't agree neither with her ideas but she got good points. My inquisitior get well with her because like her they keep their idea for themselves, and so are both good players of game. But if you get near to her she became type of friend who has got your back. I think it is sad fan haven't tried to get to know her because for her ideas because characters with similar idea are loved.
@@Sifya Don’t worry, I never assumed that you always agreed with her. And I don’t hate her. I know she has a caring side. I played the game several times and learned a bit more about her and saw how she is when she likes you (in the solas romance playthrough she has said that I deserve something better after he left). She might not be my favorite but I agree that she is a well done character. Like I said, I never hated her, it was just not always so easy. I also have to say, she was way more pleasant when she disagreed with you than Sera. XD (Its not impossible to make a friendship tribute. In the future... maybe)

I would love to do a Hawke/Varric Friendship video. I love them. But unfortunately I did not record my DA2 playthrough. If I had, I would have made a tribute in heartbeat. :/ Maybe in the future, when I find time to replay it. :)

yeah my only stipulation is that the music drowns out the dialouge, but other than that these have been great!
At 53 seconds. What gameplay is that? There ate a few scenes where it almost looks like it's from a movie and the definitely is incredible. I've played DAI every inch but I've never seen those cutscenes. where are they from?
