I mean its not as easy to work with but you can totally use underlays when doing pen on paper sketches in order to clean up a rough sketch.
I'm strungling big time to have this result on ipad, much easier for me to work my designs on paper. I'm an old-school guy but I don't intent to give up :) Great work mate
A lot of it for me was getting a real matte screen protector. It gives so much more feel for the surface texture. Also, the first rough sketch can be nice to do on paper and just import it as a photo for the render. The biggest “issue” i have is the very “digital” look. But that can be solved with rougher brushes, and blending in grain textures from google images :)

Do you use a protective film attached to your iPad?
what pencil and settings do u use that u still can see the lines under the copic ?
White dot highlights were know as bird sh!t highlights in our drawing for designers class 😄
Amazing! I love that! I have an idea for your channel, why don’t you start a competition with your subs like you announce that it is about drawing eg. Car and we submit our drawings then you choose few and make a video commenting on them, how does this sound?

Doens´t the ipad 2018 feel a lil bit small for drawing? Im about to buy an ipad, just dont know if i should get a 9'7 or 12'9 model. Besides that, great video myrin! keep going man!
Honestly it is a bit smaller than I would like. If you have the $$$ go for the bigger one for sure.
I'm glad I saw this video, I definitely wont invest in an apple pencil. My sketches are so rough that mostly I am the only person who understands them. I dont spen too mmuch time drawing so I decided not to go for it. Thanks for the video.
