@@BrettWidmann yeah not trying to be mean but this was basically a poptones reunion. The only thing that makes it slightly better is they used backing tracks I believe to get it more exact. Personally I would have chosen Duran Duran over this since it wasn’t exactly the proper reunion I’d hoped for.
@@juliand839 I know what you mean. They got permission and the blessing from Glenn to use the actual name and to have Diva play, since his health isn't great. Saw it get addressed once it was announced, but it wasn't a bad idea since it wouldn't deter people. It was still a damn good show, regardless.

Yeah I reacted harshly at first cause they were making us choose between the two then I’d heard she was coming in to fill in and all my mind thought was Poptones. When I saw footage tho ofc I recognize the performance was better than Poptones cause again they actually aimed to sound exact not just cover the songs so that’s where my mind was changed a bit and I was a bit more accepting towards the idea. Wanted to go but couldn’t afford it The scheduling made it a bit easier to let go ofc. I get they wanted to spread the fans out but man I was bummed when I first saw it.
