Mario Strikers Charged was one of my favorites as a kid and it feels so good seeing people show the Mario Strikers franchise so much love, especially since I thought everyone forgot about it. On a related note, I hope that they bring back Petey, Diddy, and Bowser jr because I was never able to get through Campaign mode and unlock them due to my disc being messed up.

Shame I didn't get hooked with Strikers Charged. Younger me didn't like losing all that well, and the game punished you heavily if you didn't have field awareness at all times.

I've said this in another video about strikers but I can imagine the dlc Toadette: just a peach fan girl constantly trying doing peach like poses but ultimately failing Egat: a tired old man that doesn't really know what he's doing but caring as well checking on the enemy team to see if they're ok Pauline: A rockstar that loves her audience as much as she loves the game at times pulling out a guitar and just riffing for her fans There could be guest characters as well Sonic: you already know R.O.B: he could have a two face personality where he cute and lovable one moment but dangerous and deadly the next which could be expressed in the eyes Link: a determined person that takes the game very seriously but no one else takes him seriously because he's super clumsy There are so many possibilities as long as Nintendo gives Next Level almost as much freedom as they had for Charged
I've never gotten to play the original or Charged, but now with this on the horizon, I'm finally going to get into the series and see if it's as good as everyone says.
I was hoping to get the same formula from past games only with some improvements, but quiting power ups for captains, stage hazards, also adding that simplistic mechanic to stop the ball clicking a button and eliminating Vector as the goalkeeper made me lose interest in this game. Such a big dissapointment.
My uncle showed me this game for the first time a few months ago and it was fun as fuck and I got a switch recently Im getting this for sure when it comes out
