*Step 1: Fried Chili
1/2 Cup Oil
Nuevo Mexico chili
*Step 2: Mix Seasoning
Fried Chili and Oil
3 Onion
1 Garlic
4-5 Clumps Adobo Sauce
1 Tbsp Allspice
8-10 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp White Pepper
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tbsp Dry Thyme
2 Tbsp Parika
1/2 Tbsp Basil
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 Tbsp Cumin
1 L Beef Stock
*Marinate: (3-5 Hours)
2.5 Kg Chuck Beef
2 Tbsp Adobo Seasoning
Mixed Seasoning
1/2 L Water
*After 3-5 Hours, Put everything in the pressure cooker and cook for 35-40 minutes
*Avocado Salsa Sauce:
Mexican Green Sauce
5 Fresh Avocado

Last time I made Birria, I made ramen with the leftover broth. It was incredible. Just the broth, noodles, meat, onion and cilantro with some lime juice. BOMBS!

Nic Nic I'm have an Instapot now. Cooks on countertop and frees up the range top for other things. So far I'm very pleased with results. Hope this helps you. Good luck.

The same seasoning goes with a lot of different foods. It’s the additional seasoning that sets it off

No he doesn’t. He did not use ginger powder or paprika. Is a variation of spices. The right combo of spices will take the marinate to another level.
He uses mostly Asian ingredients in my opinion

@@Anne_Shecan I’m marinating my meat now. I didn’t have allspice so I substituted w/ a couple shavings of nutmeg. It wasn’t much so hopefully it’ll be just as tasty.

Think I saw this video Saturday 09/11/21 and the next day had noticed that a local Mexican place had reopened after being closed for the summer. Was looking at the online menu and saw that they have these tacos. That was yesterday. Today after running errands I had to go in for a late lunch. Very good. They only had the 1 tortilla but lots of cheese and meat. The consume was a bit bland so added some salt and the little cup of salsa that was served with it as well. I could only eat 2 so brought the 3rd one home only for my daughter to eat it. She even drank the container of the consume. She really liked it.
