6:00 No. The console didn't launch with anything iconic. Not at all. It launched with around 20 crappy titles that no one remember. I don't know how this console survived the first 6 months. The best titles arrived much later. Crash arrived in 1996. Same about TR. Spyro in 1998. Resident Evil too. The first Tekken was disaster (for me). I would never play this thing. Tekken 2 was something but I wouldn't replace it for Mortal Kombat 3 Ultimate. Tekken 3 was awesome but it came out in 1998. And to this day this model continue. I still didn't get PS5. No games. No reason good enough to replace my PS4 Pro full with games.
It's more like a devolution. Sony used to a titan of electronics. The Playstation brand used to mean something. The PS5 Pro is a sick joke. Sony is in free fall and as much as it pains me to say it, they deserve it.
