How big is this turf space, my kids do a lot of soccer training in my yard so this is a perfect space for them to do drills and such, plus i wont have to seed every 2-3 weeks to repair lawn.
Do you know when you're going to replace the fence? If you plan to install a new fence and turf around the same timeline, it might be easier to handle the fence first, followed by the turf.
Is this the same house, (it looks like it), where the fencing was pressure washed and stained, but the final reveal was never shown? Something is out of sequence here.

Artificial grass suffocates the soil, gets so hot in the sun that it can burn feet or paws, and when water stands on it, it really stinks. Also attracts mosquitos. A real estate friend of mine told me it also lowers the value of a home. That and landscaping cloth are truly awful on many levels.
My realtor told us the complete opposite …..she said here in Fl …Studies show that homes with fake grass not only bring higher prices, but they also sell faster than homes with maintenance-intensive natural grass lawns. but then again I’m sure it would also depend on the quality of the turf …age and installation…multiple factors..
I live in Las Vegas, where water restrictions are serious. Many people use a special turf for pets that doesn't get hot. It's a bit expensive but long-lasting.
