Great hike through that cave. OMG Bison on the trail! and in your site. Boy they seem to be used to human interaction. Good idea to give them the trail! Take care.

@sailingbvi1 Thank you! Yes, so many Bison! They do seem like they are used to human interaction but it was scary being that close to a wild animal. 😭 They look at you like they could charge at any Minute. 😂 Thank you for watching & supporting our channel. 🫶

You guys need to carry some hiking sticks! When my husband and I backpacked into the Grand Canyon, the sticks were a God send. Saved the knees and prevented several falls by helping with balance. We went down the South Kabob trail which was very rugged with many boulders we had to step down from. We came back up the Bright Angel trail. We were carrying 40-45 pound packs at the time. Dont think I would have made it without the hiking sticks. I probably would have broke something, lol!

@darlenemckay265 Thank you for the reminder! We have them and seem to always forget to take them! That is so awesome that you hiked into the Grand Canyon! We were only there for a short while but definitely want to go back to hike! We have watched videos on the South Kaibab trail & it’s gorgeous but very challenging. Love hearing that you did that! Thanks for sharing & we appreciate you taking time to comment to share your experience with our community! Check out our video on Guadalupe Peak. We would have died w/out our hiking sticks. Lol. Stay safe out there! 🤩

@hikingwithjackieboy Yes, it’s definitely in more of a remote part of Texas! We recommend the spring or fall. 🎉

How foolish. Way too close to the bison.

@ddttrrb72 It’s foolish to accidentally come up on a bison on the trail? Thanks for watching our video and hope that doesn’t happen to you.
