    Thanks for the video making it look so easy! Know it’s old video so maybe won’t reply just started to build mine but facing issues. I was going nice and smooth till got 4th side in and can’t get it to slot in either side? If I get it one slot in on the same side the other end is 2-5mm out? My foundation is level and checked cabin is square I thought if was to have issues would be at the start not 4 layers in. Any help would be appreciated

    Hi, enjoyed watching this. We’re doing the Rhine cabin - is it easy to remove the door frame once in place because the bottom bit of the frame can’t be found. According to the instructions it’s in the top part of the frame? Any advice welcome as my ‘assistant’ didn’t read the instructions properly…

    T&G roof and floor would be better for those garden offices. Shingle tiles are the must!!

    Hi, isnt there meant to be a 1m boundary gap from the face to summer house if I'm correct? Thanks

    • @BNMCarpentry
      @BNMCarpentry  4 роки тому

      No because it's below the maximum height allowed.

    I’ve been looking at buying a billy oh 28mm windowless cabin/shed from gardenbuildingsdirect but there’s nothing but bad reviews about the billy oh products and the companies service. Are they really that bad?

    • @benmakepeace5759
      @benmakepeace5759 5 років тому +2

      Hi Sean no they're not that bad but if your not a tradesman who can get over minor problems then you will struggle with this. I think people expect it to be like IKEA furniture but its not that easy.

    Hey Ben, nice work, quick question, what base did you use, does it come as standard with the summerhouse from Garden buildings direct? Thanks

    • @BNMCarpentry
      @BNMCarpentry  5 років тому +3

      Hi Sam the base was seperate. It's just a plastic shed base you can but them online or at places like B&Q and Wickes.
      I also put extra flooring down as the floor they supplied wasn't great.

    Hey! Nice timelapse. I've just order the sasha but nervous from reading reviews. Did you receive everything and in good condition? Did yours come with an Eze base and roof felt? It says optional on website but we could select it...? Thanks!

    • @BNMCarpentry
      @BNMCarpentry  5 років тому

      Hi Callum sorry for late reply one of my customers orderd this and yes we did recive everything and yes in good condition...... however she ordered the premium floor witch was crap (so god knows what the budget floor was like. The roof boards were crap and too thin so the clout nails for the felt split through.
      We ended up laying a new floor over the crap one and she just decided to live with the roof boards.
      The doors and windows wernt the best equality either. I still think they are a good budget friendly option. If you get yourself a carpenter with a good attitude you can quite easily get over these minor problems. I enjoyed building and would recommend them but be prepared to "add" to the kit they send you.

      Hi Callum. How did you get on with your Sasha cabin. Now looking at ordering one as well. But like you a bit nervous about the negative reviews. Was the quality ok? And did it come with the roof felt etc? Thanks in Advance.
