I drive a 2019 freightliner everyday, Detroit 500hp , auto, only problem we have is with the def system
Sarah is a fine driver. Can't wait to see her in her own truck hauling silage. Has she named her truck yet? She has to name her. Let us know when she does. You can tell Andrew can hardly wait for the day he has his own truck.

That is the way to drive an Allison, hammer down. Let the tcm and the ecm do their job. It will optimize your fuel economy also. All of the new 3000/4000 Allison’s have the push button selectors. The older at/mt/ht series have the T handles I believe.

Those trucks are nice. I drove one of them for a excavating co. It was a dump truck. They do spin the tires really easy empty.

I see a few of them running around here on this island and the highway goes from sea level all the way up to 6,800 ft elevation going back and forth between Kailua-Kona and Hilo in about 75 miles and haven't seen any of them broke down on the side of the road. Hopefully those two will be trouble free for at least the next 500,000 miles.
