Tutorial: -Use two same sized printer paper and clear transparency film sheet -Print ur black and white outline on the printer paper and your colored image on the transparency sheet -Put the printer paper one over the transparency one -Find a 2inch+ thick picture frame that'll hold your picture and place the picture set in it -Attach LED strips on the back piece of ur picture frame but place them on front side of it -To hold the picture, cut out strips of foam board and use double sided tape to attach it on the inside of the picture frame. It'll hold the picture into place and space it just enough so the led strips aren't noticeable when the light comes on. *Instead of printer paper, some transparency sheets come with a white thinner paper piece that you can print on. This will provide more color to your final image.
