Even now I don't have the greatest opinion of myself and whenever I'm complimented I kinda wave it off as people being nice. Love watching your reactions and joining you in feeling these emotions. I feel that music like this is healthy for people as it helps us feel this way purposely so that we can get through these feelings and gain a bit of closure instead of holding it all in. I know from personal experience. 💜

This was the first dong I heard from Citizen Soldier one night when those lyrics were like practically able to speak for me. I lay there with tears and goosebumps and felt like I wasn't alone. Losing my sister last year was the icing on a very long 6 years and this song is me when the grief crashes its wave over me. This band is special. I may have days where it feels like hell but I can't be the cause of their versions of hell. I found your channel the next day.
