Great Job, Fritz!! My 2014 M235i Headlight Vertical Adjusters can also receive a 6mm T-Handle Allen Wrench, which seems to engage more-easily and positively than a Phillips head screwdriver. Plus the T-Handle provides an easy reference for quarter-turn, half-turn, etc. My Horizontal Adjusters DO NOT accept a Phillips head screwdriver. Instead, it seems they need a small "square head" socket. Fortunately, I don't need that calibration at this time, but I'd sure like to find out what size/style that socket might be. It's way down there! Anybody else have this similar set-up?
Thanks for the video Fritz! Just picked up a 6 speed Estoril blue M235i 2 weeks ago and am loving it so far. Going to save these helpful videos for future reference.
Thanks for your video and all detailed explanation, in my case probleme come from change whit Led lamp , the beam was completely out of adjustment, but above all the right side was very low, I adjusted it to the max at the top but it is still not enough and the high beam on this same side now illuminates the tops of the trees... I have the impression that the headlight block is in several parts, I had to move / dislocate the "projector" part in the block. If you have an idea of how the interior of the block and its different parts are made up, I'm interested. Thanks a lot
Hey man, Good video. Can you let me know how it should feel like bottoming out at either end? I have one headlights that seems too high even at the lowest level I get it to. Not sure if something's wrong with the adjustor
I've disliked the video. If there isn't a button/dial to bring beam up and down with regards to load, the car literally is shit! I'm borrowing my mom's brand new BMW to get me to work while my 2012 peugeot is at the vets. My pug can adjust the beam while I'm moving. I can also set off with my door half open then shut it on the move. Bmw just dings as if somethings wrong🙄
@Onizukachan915 I've been on antidepressants for over a year now, I'm not angry about the decay of the automotive industry but I agree with what I said. The pug was more user friendly and a more healthy member of traffic. But obviously the bmw was an all round better car since you could bounce to the speed limit in the blink of an eye and the sound system pretty tidy😅

Hey fritz, I got an Adaptive Headlight Malfunction alert. Do you have any advice on how to fix this? Thank you!
Check the plastic linkage on the driver side front control arm.
1:43 Okay, so do I go as close as I can to the wall or has to be a certain amount of feet?
Just close enough to get your measurements
