  • Do you find it challenging to stay true to yourself when visiting old friends or family? In this video, I share insights on maintaining inner strength and staying aligned in these situations. It’s all about giving yourself the space to be new, practicing self-compassion, and staying centered.
    You’ll learn tips on:
Not Getting Knocked Off-Center -Keep your grounding, no matter who you’re with.
Allowing Space for Your Growth -Embrace who you are now and give others the chance to meet this version of you.
Self-Compassion- Be kind to yourself if old dynamics resurface; it’s all part of the journey.
Thanks for watching and see you in the next video!

Dr Joe Dispenza says that the emotional situations we go through, creates connections our nervous system. So that every time we go through similar situations or even just imagining it in our mind, strengthens those connections. This is what makes growth so much harder. I love how beautiful your place is! 😍

Self-compassion is so important. I think we can be so hard on ourselves and we often expect that others will judge us just as harshly. We're evolving and it's okay if we don't always get it right. Beautiful scenery and wonderful message ❤

I used to find myself in the same situation where to gel in, I’m kinda agreeing with whatever others saying.
But with time, I’ve realized that the friends who want you to just agree with them aren’t really friends, they just can’t take a difference of opinion and that’s where “teaching them how to treat you” came in.
Thank you for such a beautiful video. The beach looks lovely and so do you ☀️

You inspire me to be better to myself. I know because I am hard on myself that I'm hard on others. I want to have greater compassion for others and know it starts with myself. Thank you for your videos!

your video touched me on a personal level.i've been living this situation now since covid slowly quitting old friends just because my I don't want to reveal my plans even if they worked because every time I shared something nd felt vulnerable I would feel ashamed and like I betrayed myself because they barely share something with me .i didn't even know hot to put that in words so thank you

Thak you for the video. I think with me, it's other way around. I am comfortable with family old friends but whenever I try to engage myself with someone new it gets really hard. My whole behaviour can change or it may appear that I am not a kind of person who is really engaged. I may appear introvert. Maybe I seek validation or I don't wanna left alone. With old friends I have a lot to talk about whether it's kind of nonsense but with someone new I want to be pursued differently. I have this thought every time that I am being observed. If I am with an old friend then I can approach anyone new but when alone it really gets hard how to initiate or engage in a conversation.
