I went to school at the University of Wyoming in Laramie back in the mid-eighties. I love this area. Hiked up Medicine Bow peak and did an overnight backpacking trip in the area by the peak. Thanks for the video.
Kyle - that epic music you chose for when you go over the top of the pass and the grand vista of the Medicine Bow mountains comes into full view was so well judged. It enhanced that wonderful moment a hundredfold! Another road for my ever-increasing bucket list. The Rockies of Colorado and Wyoming seem to be the most sublime and awe-inspiring place. Thank you for another unforgettable video. Greetings from Scotland.
This is a real treat. Esp given that most of Wyoming is either in the Great Plains or is Semi-arid. Which goes to show that if you really want to see the beauty of this country, you gotta get off the beaten path.
My brother used to spend a lot of time snowmobiling off the beaten path in these mountains with friends. Some of his ashes are scattered here with a plaque - if anyone ever sees it please let me know. I've been to the area @ camped at a small campground on the west side of the divide. This area is much more peaceful than Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park. That's why I stayed there the last time I went West. Thanks for this memory on Memorial Day.
Medicine Bow is a hidden treasure, well worth getting off I-80 to see the mountains and forest panoramas. Off-the-beaten-path Wyoming turns up all kinds of surprises. Looking forward to your next episode already!
Looked at some land off 130 a while back, thought about taking that trip, wish i did! Great video, peaceful music and imo, just enough commentary, well done👍👍 Thanks for sharing
Great video Kyle!! I like that you go off the beaten path and see some amazing scenery not just on the Interstate but US and state Highways like Wyoming 130. Other great one are US 6,34, 50,160 and 550 in Colorado. Sometimes the hidden gems are off the mainline as in this case. I'd love to drive this someday
@@InterstateKyle Hwy 14 in the Bighorn National Forest between Ranchester and Greybull through Shell Canyon is a good one (full of switchbacks and geological formations on both ends).
Wow, what a scenic drive! I haven't been to Wyoming since 2011 and we didn't drive on this road so I got the impression that Wyoming is a boring state outside of Yellowstone and I finally understood why people have DVD players in their cars lol. I guess that's not so true after all!
years ago a friend of mine studied at Laramie university during his year abroad.... we visited him during spring break and did some cross country skiing at snowy range ;) landscape is different with snow 😁😉

Thank you very much! I always try to match the music with the scenery. I’m glad you liked it!
Wow! Had no idea this road existed. Thanks for sharing it with us. That view of the mountain at the top is spectacular.
Thanks for another great video. I'm really enjoying your travels through Wyoming.
Glad you like them Joshua!

That is very true with Wyoming, you hit the nail on the head there with what you said!

Put the known National Parks aside...Wyoming in general is it's own National Park. I love to explore roads like this. And yes, get off the interstate!
I couldn’t agree more!
Definitely a very special video! Nothing beats a good drive through the mountains I reckon.
I love the mountains!
Truly awesome, am overwhelmed!
I'd noticed the road on Google Earth, and looked at the scenery. It was great to see a video of the road - one I'd love to take someday.

Wow! That road was beautiful! Great drive, Kyle!
It really is! Thanks for watching!
This is very pretty, and the road looks fairly gentle without too many switchbacks.
It's a very easy road to drive.

It looks like you're near the Continental Divide again.
Almost!
That will be highest point Wyoming at -11,000 feet above sea level.
That’s impressive!
No the highest point is gannett peak west Wyoming is 13810
Gorgeous landscape. Still love your vids but miss the copywrited tunes
Sadly those won’t be featured on my channel much at all anymore.
it seemslike this is a time lapse? why? I would lvoe to have watched the whole thing at the proper speed.
You obviously don’t get the point of this channel with 460+ videos.

Is Wyoming communist held or still American?
Not too sure what you mean by that.
American all the way, old west American thank you
