I think I know one. Canara bank and their sister companies is launching a new digitised banking product. It’s not yet available to the public, but I’ve seen it with the Divisional Manager level employees & he briefed me on it. The loan application & subsequent grants & also the offline usage of your wallet in case you don’t have access to the internet, is kind of revolutionary on an individual, small businesses & MSME’s level. I don’t think the MNC’s will benefit much directly but yea indirectly they will. You’ll see when it launches.

Villages are must, but instead of backward Village we must have modern village that is well connected to nearby cities, with road, railways, a helipad facility, if a small airport not possible. Internet is a must, cattle and agriculture is a must which requires villages instead of cities for proper functioning. Education facilities like basic schooling, college or university depends on how big villages are or how far cities are from the village, I mean they can use metro or hi speed trains like Japan, China to reach nearby villages. Of course, banks are also necessary. I also think that we have too many villages and cities, distributed over a wide range. So, instead joining 6 - 7 small villages to construct large village with better infra is also a good option to provide better facilities to them.

She is giving excuse that these countries have no 'legacy' systems which makes things easy. However, without legacy it's more challenging to create new offerings, because it calls for mindset change at leadership level. With legacy, you have a framework already laid out which needs improvement, needless to say.
USA should adopt UPI, the transactions and customer ease will improve plus it will also help in instant money transfer directly in intended person bank accounts in cases where USA government gave via checks.

The interviewer seems not at ease with the fact that India is contributing in technology and scientific advancement, for she compares India with African and Latin American countries. She is giving excuse that these countries have no 'legacy' systems which makes things easy. However, without legacy it's more challenging to create new offerings, because it calls for mindset change at leadership level. With legacy, you have a framework already laid out which needs improvement, needless to say.

By seeing the present generation of kids I am sure we don't have any economical concerns about our future but the value system of the east has been degrading day by day that is the main concern. Kids here are mainly focusing on the world rather India this is the good when seeing from one end on the other this is a big drawback.
Then bring back the focus on both the value and the economic system. Both can co-exist and one cannibalising the other.

UPI is so advanced that my recent trips to Japan n Malaysia I felt so uncomfortable using physical money. They all looked inferior in front of UPI. India should help b assist Africa n Latin American countries to adopt UPI.

Most of Indian urban road, sewage systems either don't exist or are made with low quality materials. It's corruption. These legacy systems plague every country
