The most difficult time I've had holding my breath underwater was the day i was hit by a boat going a bit over 20. I turned last second to see it coming my wave took a deep breath and dove. I didnt get far enough, i was struck by rhe fromt spun around and then sliced by the propeller, it chopped my right glute out, had broken femur, pelvis, sliced off hamstring. Through all that i managed to hold my breath and resurface being unable to use my legs. Was maybe only 30 seconds underwater but the fact I was able to hold a breath through that impact suprises me to this day.

That was a great show, good questions, lots of laughs, lots of passion and heart spits, plus hearing about Laird and what hes been up to feels good although it would be nice to see some surfing and not just commercial shit to drink….
And then the world wouldnt be the world without Steveo and Laird that’s for sure, really charismatic, down to earth and overall very human inspirations.

Steve-O your a very inspirational person. I just turned 25 and I didn't believe I would make it to 20. I always thought moderation was for cowards. Anything worth doing was worth over doing. It led me to falling off a 20 foot cliff when I was a teenager at a party out in the sticks. I turned my life around and got married to my high-school sweetheart and payed my house off at 24. Keep up the great work and congratulations on being sober.
