I find it fascinating how people come up with smokes and stuff like the one at 1:08 for example: „hm lets aim here and run there, oh you get a small height boost when you go there so the smoke should perfectly land at bench, like I wanted“ 😂😂
I think they think of the landing spot first, then the general throwing area, then throw stuff randomly in the landing direction and then convert their findings into lineups. I have made a couple lineups myself doing this process. Like u can throw a smoke landing in that spot from hundreds of spots, it's just one of the spots that someone found and showed and everyone uses to avoid the hard work to find a potentially easier line up
I think Esea Refrag software has helped massively with that. You can set two points one where you want the smoke to land and another where you wanna throw it from and it basically calculates the line up for you. You can find all types of new smokes with it. It's really good.
I know Scope.gg got some auto nades lineup calculation. Simply pick one landing spot and it will give you hundreds of way to throw it. ua-cam.com/video/Kegl1EMsJBo/v-deo.html
Open console (probably assigned to your ~ key and type "map [map name]" ( ie. de_mirage, de_train, etc). Kick bots with "bot_kick". Then enable cheats with "sv_cheats 1". Give yourself infinite ammo and nades with "sv_infiniteammo 1". Give yourself money by typing "mp_afterroundmoney 16000", then "endround". Finally to get basically unlimited time (1 hour per round) copy paste this: "mp_buytime 60000;mp_buy_anywhere 1;mp_roundtime_defuse 60;mp_restartgame 1". You can also type "sv_grenadetrajectory 1" to show the trajectory of your nades, and "sv_showimpacts 1" to show where your bullets hit. I know this comment is from three months ago but I hope this helps you or someone else!

Most jump-throws have to be slightly adjusted upwards or downwards on 64 tick. Play around with it.

You can download Yprac maps in the workshop, they have that bot thing to practice
