Well done DAWN i was actually also chasing my tail but luckily I was only doing the 100 k .i came in last woman in that race i was over the moon with only 20 min spare so well done .this is never easy you have done so amazing .
@@DawnNunes Thank you lovely I am not sure about the 100 miles I think I need couple of more years of ultra in me .at moment I am going to just run nother 100 with little elevation.I do have Arc the 100 i January so will see on that one x
Great effort Dawn & interesting video. The heat just saps energy, really tough out there. Heard the SA accent & had a quick look. Seems we’ve a number of mutual friends.
Awh Dawn! Awesome video 🌟 I really loved the post-race interview of your crew member Wayne. Very wholesome! Thankyou for your reflections too 🔥 Having done the 100k last week I’m seriously considering 100 miles next year. Hopefully see you there 👊🏽
Wayne is a legend, I saw first hand how he laid out your food at Bedgelert (where I DNFed) I had a similar race to you chasing cut offs. Love the video Dawn it's fantastic. Good luck next year, you'll smash it I'm sure. 😁👍🏻
I get exercise and emotional asthma too, sometimes I thought it was a panic attack 🤷♀️ it's like a physiological reaction to heavy breathing and big feelings, be they positive or negative. I take an inhaler and use it every couple hours on long runs if I know I'll be working hard and feeling complicated 😅

Unfortunately I can't run next year as I'm a teacher and can't get another Friday off! I'll definitely be dot watching everyone though 😁👍🏻
A brilliant effort Dawn. I did the 100km last year and that was hard enough.
Thank you! What doesn't kill us...makes us more eager to do it again!
