Yooo thanks for the capture haha! I’m the Manchester Triathlon guy competing in the ROC, casually walking past you after Watkins killed me off as your make the descent! Good effort pal! 12:12
Great video. Baking hot day. We were in the Gwynant working on our place as the runners went by. They looked so exhausted that we gave them our water. The runners all did fantastically well in the gruelling conditions. Respect to every one of them
This is amazing! I love Speedgoats having had many pairs of every iteration except for SG1. My biggest bugbear is that the outsole wears out quickly. This could be a game-changer! Thanks very much. 🙌🏼👌🏼🤙🏼
Loved your content for a while now as i get into running/train running myself! Such a good video and love the transparency. Had a good look at this trail run beforehand, hopefully i'll make it next year. love the work dan
Really enjoyed your video summary of UTS25K 👍🏼 I was the chap in the blue hat in front of you at the start 👌🏼. It was My first ever trail event (Hiker trying to do trail running) . Didnt realise how tough it would be . After the aid station i was out on my feet and plodded through the bog ,felt i was going backwards as tonnes of people passed me to eventually getting to the top . Once i knew i was safe i chilled and got in at 4hrs44min. Hardest thing ive done . Minimal training didnt help 😂. Looking forward to the next event
great race recap , honest and to the point , lots of learning to be gained from the day , well done !! ps my son won this race 2:10 .. different world from us normal joes
Dude. I always see people comment about UA-cam suggestions and they’re pleasantly surprised by discovering something new. I now know what they mean. This is so sick, can’t wait for more!
Came for the trail running. Stayed for the cobbling.
hoping for more cobbling content in future, need to get my crocs resoled with an all terrain sole 😮💨
Love the story-telling & honest commentary! Trailrunning looks like a whole different beast than anything on the road.
Appreciate it. Yeh totally different game
Nothing better than trail running

Those running views * almost * make me want to take up trail running. Congrats on pushing through despite the pain & discomfort!
beats running on pavement everyday of the week 😮💨
Really enjoying the UA-cam channel Dan, not into cycling myself but I'm here for the running content!!!! Keep it coming man!!!

thanks. And that is outrageous, don't think I could run 25km on the flat in that time 😂
Well done! I did 25K too-it was brutal but so much fun!
Nice work, tough day for sure

thanks mate appreciate it
I know where to take my Redwings now for a resole. They've been sitting in the cupboard for four years, waiting to be resoled.
Fair play, seems fun
Big up the Italian Larry David for the vibram run down
that looks nice, love your content. how did you make those pov shots when running downhill?
My favourite UA-camr 🫶
Hero
Leng kicks Dan 🫶🙏
Thanks for the content mate. Great channel. Can I ask what running vest you use? I’m just getting into and in the market!
Cheers mate. Using the Salomon Active Skin 4, had it for time and it’s class for things like this
Cool video well done. I plan to register for the 50k (which i understand is 56k) in 2025. All routes look epic.
no doubt be a good (but rough) day
Boss vid this 👍🏼
Does sweat mess up the Oakley’s? How do you keep them in good shape?
Your videos, pure class. Keep it up
Much appreciated
Well done. did it too. The heat made it much tougher but a great day out nonetheless
well in mate. Aye, totally underestimated how much I'd struggle in parts
Mental day, that heat really was difficult I had to get in the river on the last 8k cause I seriously felt that heat stroke was round the corner ahah
join the club, that boggy part after the aid station was a rough period. Was gassed to find a little stream to cool down in 😮💨
Great effort in the heat 🥵
Thanks mate, haven’t ran in that kind of heat in about 8 months 🤣
Love it bro
cheers big man!
what am intresting choice coke u couldve drank gaterode lol. big fans of you content man the editing camera lenses
How much would the re-sole cost?
believe it costs about £60 including the sole itself and the labour. Quite a timely process really hence the cost
!!
