    Ppl complain and say the warriors are too GOOD it’s unfair but then go on to say they could be Beaten. They whine and complain saying the bulls aren’t a superteam, it was Jordan who made them elite, but then go on to say they are the best team of all time......Make up ur minds. That dude said the teams Jordan faced in the finals were better than the warriors? WOW, like I know ppl hate change and portray the older generations as immortal but give some credit to the newer generation sheesh

    • @Karma-hy6ki

      Titus Lennon why not bring those older Athletes to this generation. There are more doctors nutritionists, equipment, training, facilities etc. with technology we have more and more ways to do everything from resting to healing to even watching tapes. The new athletes are quicker albeit smaller but faster more agile, better able to handle the ball. They are way better shooters collectively. I swear ppl act like this new generation are just some kids at the YMCA. Let’s ask the bulls to defend a team from half Court

      Nope. You’re talking about the best defender EVER in Rodman, Jordan, Pippen, and Harper. It be a long day for the warriors especially if hand checking is allowed, warriors don’t match up defensively. Jordan averages 40+, bulls in 6. 5 under old rules.

      I'll take skill over athleticism any day of the week. There are so many players in today's league that are absolute garbage. Dwight Howard who dominated from 2009-2011 would've been a complete joke in the 90s. He would never receive max contracts or whatever the max pay was during those days...

    • @one0onelion248
      @one0onelion248 6 років тому +5

      jaydexe you do realize almost half the league can't shoot or dribble for shit. Giannis is one of the best players and he can't shoot or dribble. Dwight Howard keeps getting max contracts and he's a complete joke. Capella can't shoot or dribble. Tristan Thompson? Don't even get me started on him and there's literally 100s more if you sit down and actually look. People need to stop guessing and actually do their research. The 90s/early2000s shaq would become the greatest player ever if he played in this era.

    You people need to open your eyes...Mahmoud Abdul rouf was basically the steph curry of the 90s...and he held his own in a system that didnt cater to his style of play. And he still. Had a game or 2 where he lit up mj and the bulls one on one. These warriors with kd, curry, Draymond, and klay would definitely hold their own against mj and pippen. Warriors system is far superior to the triangle. Warriors system is a hybrid of the triangle with what they run in San antonio.

    • @kristion9774
      @kristion9774 6 років тому +15

      lilyusi dude you are talking about regular season games. Goats are made in the playoffs. And Chris Jackson is a far better athlete and is tougher than steph curry. He used to play basketball in the middle of the night until the early morning all alone at a park. He made Shaq play second fiddle to him in college. It was a different game then point guards did not have the green light. He can still shoot with curry or anyone right now just watch him on UA-cam at 40+ years old. If you accidentally step on steph ankle his career is over. You could bump dudes that ran around screens then and hold them. You could hand check. Go ask steph curry coach mark Jackson how hard it is to take the ball full court when the bulls trapped full court with hand checking. They would have never changed the rules if these dudes could be as efficient as the players of that era under the same scrutiny. They saw that they could not be so they changed the rules and took all the bigs to the perimeter. Lol. Y’all funny.

    Michael Jordan has such a sacred place in everyone's heart, that it is NEVER OK to say that ANY TEAM in NBA history could beat the '95 Bulls lmfao. Even if years from now, a team won 8 straight championships and was ranked 1st in all statistical categories over those 8 years, people would still be like "Nuh-uhhhhh! You must not have seen that Bulls team play! Plus the league was tougher back then! MJ would SWEEP this team easily!! 😣😤" lmao

    • @fredrickbutts2392

    • @osskeet
      @osskeet 6 років тому +4

      Derrick Parham nothing about a sacred place. Michael Jordan dominated the toughest era in basketball. To this day people are still trying to break his records with a easier game and 3-point shooting in place and people still having a hard time beating it.

    • @omieg89
      @omieg89 6 років тому +7

      osskeet who says that was the toughest era in basketball? There were like 5-10 players in the entire league that were capable of shooting off the dribble. Big guys have gotten phased out for a reason. 3 points is more than 2. And even then the big guys today are more skilled than the big guys of them. Anthony Davis, Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic, Demarcus Cousins, Al Horford are all capable of hitting outside jumpers regularly and defending 1-5. Basketball is way more advanced today.

    • @eddiebowles7903
      @eddiebowles7903 6 років тому +6

      Derrick Parham, I 100% agree and I watched the whole 90s live when it happened.
      These people just have to protect MJ’s legacy at all cost for some reason. MJ was great and the best of his era but I’m tired of people acting like the 90s was the ultimate era because that’s bullshit.
      Expansion teams coming in and the Lakers and Celtics dynasties ending dilutes the 90s somewhat. Those Bulls did not have to face any champions in those finals outside of the 91 Lakers who were not the showtime dynasty anymore at that point.
      In the 90s you could have 1 true star and be considered a contender (Knicks - only Ewing, Pacers - only Reggie, Spurs - only D Rob until the very end of it when Duncan came, the Magic had Shaq/Penny for 3 years and the Shaq went to LA where Kobe was not a true star until 2001.) It’s not like the Bulls has to deal with multiple all star juggernauts like Golden State is or the 80s Lakers and 80s Celtics were. The Jazz were the only sure 2 hall of famer team they faced lead by Stockton and Malone who were doormats in the tougher 80s.

    Every time people talk about Durant they always bring up off the court stuff, ie joining the warriors, fake account, etc. That’s because they know on the court he is virtually unstoppable so they have to find something to hate on. KD can beat you off the dribble, catch n shoot, around the rim, dribble penetration, post up, mid range, 3 point. However you want it, he can do it and there’s literally NO ONE who can guard him, from any era.

I’m not saying The Warriors would beat them but let’s be honest The Warriors are no push over. It’s funny how whenever they spoke about The Warriors losing it was The 2015 team instead of The 2017
    Durant and Curry Dynasty.

      Bracey Johnson the Warriors would kill them in a best of 7. Reason why players in the past were playing rough and hard was to get to the paint because they just weren't accurate with their jumpers. The Warriors would put on a shooting clinic.

      no it's not that they can't be touched, it's that they can be touched. Basketball was way more physical back then so that added aspect potentially throws off shots. Draymond would probably get bullied down low back then. Steph wouldn't be able to get his shot off with pretty much stuffed lanes. Durant could have his shot thrown off as well.

      they are good at man to man, but the warriors barely play man to man. When they do, who can lock down KD? Also, the warriors stretch the floor so much, help defense for bulls will be unavailable, and when they do, they will get lit up. The bulls didn't have a lot of offensive fire power either, they have Jordan. Say we put Klay or Iggy on him, even if he goes by, their spacing is so tight that Green can always help. Warriors also has better depth.

Comparing different eras will always have somthing blocking it. Without 2 teams playing eachother it's not possible to confirm who is better.

    Chemistry is important, the OKC team have a prime Durant, Harden, Westbrook, Ibaka, etc. Crazy good all stars and not being able to win a championship, shows you how important leadership and chemistry is. Jordan was an excellent leader, even Pippen would have never got 6 rings without MJ. MJ was literally his mentor and helped him become great. I actually wish they would have used the Japanese tech from holyhydrogen and extended their careers with that tech, so they would have won more chips lol

    Here's the thing. Whether you have MJ or Pippen guarding Steph Klay or KD , no matter the rules the Bulls have a better chance defending the Warriors then the Warriors defending the Bulls , the Warriors have no one who can stop Jordan one on one he's too strong and skilled for any of them to guard. You can't deny that Jordan was a great scorer, if he played today because the rules are so lenient he would avg 50 without have to shoot 3s lol

    who the heck is kerr guarding? how well does rodman do at the top of the key against draymond? Off the bench the warirors bring secondary shooters in swaggy p. who is guarding andre? who is guarding klay? the warriors play faster than anhy team in the 90s and are more diverse on offense. and like it or not jordans bulls never faced this kind of pressure from a team offensively.
    warriors in 6.

    Honestly, the 2017 Warriors are easily the best team ever.
    Eras change, stars get better, role players get better, and defense/coaching get better.
    MJ would get his, Scottie would do what he does but GSWs switch defense would slow him down. Rodman would be a liability on offense since he can’t shoot threes and would hurt them if GSW get hot from 3 and start a run.
    Now on the defensive side, let’s say MJ guards Steph, and Pippen on KD. First of all they won’t completely stop them but even then now you have Klay, Iguodala, and Green unchecked who are either scorers/play-makers along with people like Livingston who would torch Kerr till they put someone bigger on him.
    Today’s NBA just has too many talented players for the old age individually

      If these players were better the nba would not have saw a need to change the rules and how teams line up offensively and defensively. You do realize the Phoenix Suns of 1993 only averaged 2 less points per game at the same pace as the 2017 warriors and the bulls beat them. It was much harder to score 113 points per game in 1993 than it is to score 115 points per game in 2017. Everyone that knows the nba knows this. Hand checking and bumping and holding cutters would destroy this team mentally. They all lost 3-1 leads in the same playoff season their 5 best players. They are mentally fragile in pressure moments. Curry has never dominated in the finals. It’s easy to score 35 a game on Lebron that does not play defense much harder against the Bulls of the early 90s or late 90s. They slowed the entire pace of the game. They were taking 67 shots in finals games. The warriors would crumble under those circumstances

They have the best shooter in the history of the league, they have a seven foot tall shooting guard who can raise up on anybody and is virtually unguardable, they have a guy in Klay who has done things like drop 67 in a game, dropped 60 points in 3 quarters, has dropped 37 in a quarter and this guy is the 3rd option!!! And then there's Draymond who is a triple double machine and is the glue of the team who can do some of everything. And to top it off they have former all star A I who is the 5th option!!!!! These morons debating are stupid. First You were comparing the 72 win Warriors team to the 96 bulls meaning it was close. Then the warriors added the best scorer in the league to that team. MJ, Kobe, Magic...they fought their way to championships. They didn't look around to see who the best team is and join it. I respect AI so much even though he doesn't have a ring because he took on the challenge of being "the man" in Philly and just came up short.

    As annoying as how GSW has made the finals unwatchable, Teenage Dirk dropped 50 on Bulls best defender Scottie Pippen. And no disrepect to MJ but he could hardly stay in front of AI. And they're stopping KD and Steph? That's not even accounting Klay who was not only able to lock up Kyrie on defense, but score 60 in 3 quarters.

    @espn So smart to expose another show by putting first take against batard show. There should be more group debates. Nicely done, but I wish they didn't talk about this. This is something for the offseason. Lets talk about the playoffs. Id love to hear what they think about the teams that are still in contention for a championship.

    People keep bringing up the old rules. They also forget that if these two teams played each other with the old rules that means the Warriors can do all the same things the Bulls could do defensively. Imagine having Draymond Green being able to rough up people like they were allowed to in the 90s.

    As an "old school" guy myself, I think it would be a fun series Reguardless. The rules DO matter though. By 90s rules, the Bulls take them in 5 maybe 6. By current rules, I take the Bulls in 7. Who on the warriors is gonna guard Jordan? Everyone worries about Durant, but Jordan is the real problem. Igodala is the best physically, but Jordan had too many moves for Andre. He does good against LeBron, because LeBron only has a couple of moves in his bag of tricks. Jordan had WAY more.
    Again, Bulls in 7 by modern rules. 5 or 6 max by old school rules. I'm not betting against Jordan in a game 7 though...

      Mikey J Productions Jordan will be covered by Green or Thompson and unlike back in the day there isn't man defense. You use to have to play man defense and if someone left their defensive assignment it was a technical free throw and ball back. Zone can be played now making it harder for stars, but who's guarding 7ft Durant and all of the great perimeter shooter golden State has. If you're thinking bulls you're delusional.

    • @bherbo3943

    • @MikeyJProductions

      If the Warriors lose to the Rockets this debate is OVER!! The Bulls might sweep this Rockets team, 5 games max. Jordan and Pippen would have OWNED CP3 and Harden. So it just proves my point, this Warriors team is SOFT. They couldn't handle a rough team like those Bulls, no way.

    Bulls in 4. Bulls once held the high powered Jazz offense to 54 points in a Finals game. In that game Bulls scored 53 points in the first half. They could have made just one basket in the second half and still would have won.
