When I make my pita bred I use a pizza stone in a hot oven. I get great pockets every time.
We need to just bug our neighbor and see if we can borrow his oven next time lol

You remind me to paint something in my flat, I am always going little crazy with my walls. I hope your getting better soon. I have a Ischias since forever and headache these days, we wanted to travel but corona may take it, that is life nobody to blame, going with the flow. When the first shutdown was back in march I call it sometimes a higher power, because it was my option not to go more crazy but now the journey with my mother to my hometown might be also filled with neurotic days, if you know what I mean!But i miss my baltic sea, the fresh air....

As someone who’s been through Covid-19, a really good indicator is that nothing tastes right. I ended up back in the hospital for dehydration because I was having trouble finding anything to eat or drink. Glad you’re Covid-19 negative and hope you get through the rest of the icky (cold and flu) season as healthy as you can be!

I have not yet reached the painting stage, might do something crazy. My dad has a stash of different colors and I might just mix them all together and see what happens, lol. That is a year or so away, still converting my shortbus. Cooking in a cast iron pan, only way to go!!! Glad your all healthy!
