I think Rider weight and terrain should also be in your consideration when buying an e-bike. If you're above 200 lb and you live around a lot of Hills I would think about getting dual motor and more battery. It seems as though all these people that test these bikes are Flatlanders
@@ecocentrichomestead6783 In most situations, a dual 750W motor is generally considered better than a single 1500W rear hub motor, as it offers better handling, weight distribution, and potentially more efficient power delivery due to the distributed power across two wheels, while still providing ample power for most riding conditions; however, a 1500W motor may be preferable for riders who require maximum power for very steep hills or heavy loads.
I have a 2024+ Wired Freedom. I set the speed limit to 28 mph for riding in the cold to limit wind chill. I am actually surprised how much I like having it limited. I like to pedal though, that’s about the maximum speed to be able to comfortably pedal. I also found that acceleration is more fun than top speed. I bought it because I ride a lot of dirt roads with steep sandy hills and needed the power. My old 750 watt fat tire bike just didn’t get the job done.
Yeh, Mark! When i first started looking for an E-bike, Totally clueless...No idea on what motor/battery size to look into, step-over/step-thru, tire size, etc. The only brand/company saw around was iZip. WHERE would we be, as a bike society, if it weren't for the internet, right?! Ffwd >2.5yrs., w/age comes wisdom!-lol. Pared down/refined my choice=E-Cells. Just need $$$$. Stay Safe Ride Safer, M!... Keep the rubber to the pavement
I can't count how many times I've had to explain my GX3 to people; somehow literally everyone seems compelled to ask about it, it's the overall build of a great off road/trail scooter that stands out and drives interest. Micromobility is the future and we need more tiny "highways" to ride analog and PEV while getting around town. Good rides, solid rides, they just look different; average person on the street can tell and they ask like all the time (I like explaining it to people if I have time). I crush the town traffic on it lol any street under 40MPH belongs to Russ in Halloweentown. The Hellcat guy even lets me in front of him at stoplights now ;-) I'm the rabbit. 😀 And yeah, if you select your features with priority and do a little research (and watch a LOT of demos) you can hit a 2k price point that performs better than most "hyper" scooters, but that rule also goes for any PEV; 2k seems to be a nice price/performance point for PEV that are "good enough" speed/accel wise and "robust" in build/brakes, be they bike, scrambler, scooter, EUC, mountainboard, esk8, or other micromobility type, for about 2k you'll be doing errands and beating traffic no problem.
I just got an engwe l20 2.0. I like it but I have battery issues. I charged it for the recommended 5 hours and I only have 3 out of five bars. Time to contact support.
Sometimes the battery can take 6 hours to charge if it is nearly empty... Wait for the red light to change to green on the charger... You can get a 48v 16ah battery for the engwe L20...
Yeah mark I get those same 3 questions all the time.....with my triple xxx...
Yup. Good questions to be prepared to answer for sure. I like that you ride around in neighborhoods I used to jog in when I lived in Tigard. Thanks!
Thanks for watching.
Those are Basic Questions, After my Experience this Morning, Breaking my Wrist, and i was going 37 Mph, Truthfully, Wear a Helmet, Always
You're absolutely right, safety is paramount.

You are right. Being here in Oregon we have hills for sure and they can zap your battery rather fast.
Speaking of dual motor:
Which is better 1500W rear hub motor or dual 750w?

My first ebike was the RadRover 4. It was not good not hills. As far as limiting the speed, it will extend battery range.

Yup, same questions I get asked all the time as well
Those would be the questions I too would first ask.
My youtube Pic is my Kepler. 33-36 mph flat ground most conditions.. Have fun..
That's awesome, enjoy the ride.

Sounds like you have a great GX3, it's cool to see how many people are interested in it. I agree on the 2k price point!

Sound like faulty cell issues.
I have the engwe L20.. Good luck with customer service they are shit...

I saw one bike that looks even more like a motorcycle than yours. Walfisk ET-7 Ultra. I couldn't get away with that for long.
I've seen that back before... looks like a Motorcycle for sure.
The Main thing is You Don’t have to Go Fast, i was in a Hurry trying to Get to Work Quick,
In the bike lane, I find 25mph is a good speed.
Your eBikes over there are different than our legal ones, we legally must have pedal assist to ride on the roads.
Yes, and speeds are more limited.
I am still trying to figure out which first time e.trike to get…around 1.500 to 2.000…..with 15AH…and the color pink❤❤❤❤❤❤
Mooncool has a pink etrike.
20ah? I want 60ah!
60ah is going to cost you.
Let's face it, you won't have a channel being any kind of social media giant on a Letric 3.0 . 😂
It's not a powerhouse.
Graffiti X 50 mph / 50 mile range / under $5000 👍
Keep your wheels on the road!
That incessant noise would make me mad
