@@sixthreezeroHELP PLEASE - I enjoyed this video and I like your bikes. I went on your site to read reviews and was happy to see that 76% of the reviews were 5 ⭐s and those people seemed very happy with their bikes. There is only one real concern that is stopping me from driving down to your location and purchasing bikes for me and my wife. The fact that most of your 1⭐ reviews were from customers that were very unhappy with customer service and the untimely/delayed shipping of parts and supplies. If you have a minute please let me know your companies view on these issues. Great video and I really like your bikes. Thank You.

Thanks for the comment! We ship our parts out as soon as possible. Customer both need warranty parts and also purchasing on their own. We always maintain a healthy stock of replacement parts and warranty parts but at times we run out of stock and have to wait for the replacement parts to arrive. This sometimes causes delays of part shipping. We've improved this system and increased our parts supply to combat this issue! If you have any other questions please let us know!

Great video on the use of E Bikes. We like riding bikes, but at my age the assist is useful and the best option. I was afraid of buying a regular bike, but was concerned about my ability. Your presentation has given us the interest to purchase an E Bike. Ty

I'm 5' 10" and I weigh in at 264 lbs. Hey, just being honest, I'm way overweight and I look it. I'm expecting delivery of my ebike in about 2 weeks. Yeah, I'll be a fat guy on a bike, in fact I'm 63 years old, so I'll be an old, fat guy on a bike and I intend to ride that bike all over the place and if people look at me sideways, or laugh, or think some rotten thought about it...I DON'T CARE hahahaha! I'm living my life and it ain't no business of theirs unless I invite them into it. So, they can all kick rocks...I'm gonna ride my bike and love every minute of it.

These reviews are so much better with real people who never rode an ebike. Nearly every ebike review focuses first on speed-speed-speed.

E-bikes are so great for us larger people to get us back to moving. And for smaller people it's just as much fan too!
A tip for new riders, when you climb on top of the bike, engage the front brake to make sure your bike doesn't move when you jump on. This is something we learn in motorbike driver's license education here in Finland.
Another thing you learn, which is good for bikes as well, is that going too slow makes it difficult to turn tight. If you are about to lose your balance, try a bit more speed next time (as long as it's not too fast or on slippery surface).

What a phenomenal video, and an excellent way to market your products! I haven't seen this from competitors, likely because they don't want to show riders who don't fit their vibe and/or who exceed their warrantied weight limits. But we, too, want to ride - and we, too, have money. Most of us understand that warranties rarely apply to us, and being able to SEE heavy folks on an aesthetically pleasing e-bike that works with our bodies is better than reading about it. Anyway, thanks for making this :)

I love to see the reactions of these people it's very sweet, I was an avid bmxer until I was in my twenties, the bike just seemed to be a part of me and there was nothing I couldn't do on it or felt comfortable with. now I'm 54 245 lb I'm not that young skinny kid anymore I just ordered a fat tire 20in style folding bike, I'm kind of nervous it's been a few years since I've been on a bike in any capacity so I see what these people are going through, but I've always been an athlete hopefully in no time I will pick it back up again, living at the beach it's all flat and it's great for riding very fun inspirational video I really enjoyed it

One thing to assure new riders is to let them know even slightly pressing the brakes disengages the motor. Because it's scary to the senses that first time. Good vid!

This was incredible and pure joy to watch. It brought back memories of when I first bought my e-bike. I literally couldn't get off it! It became my lifeline during my depression and anxiety struggles.
I spent countless hours riding around Central Park in NYC. It helped me lose a significant amount of weight, and more importantly, I felt active, happy, and saw a big improvement in my mental health.
Unfortunately, I had to sell it when I lost my job. That led to another bout of depression, and without my e-bike, I struggled to find other activities to stay active. It was a tough time.
Thankfully, I'm going back to work soon, even though I'm broke for now (haha). But once I start working and save some money, the first thing I'm getting is another electric bike. They're truly amazing for staying active and boosting mental health.
I actually wish the government could somehow subsidize e-bikes for people who need them most.

Hi Ricardo! I'm a relatively new e-bike user. One observation I want to share with you is I've discovered that having the motor actually increases my riding confidence. Getting going on an e-bike from a stop can be much easier than an un-powered bike. One thing about riding with pedal assist that many non-users (or new users) might not understand is the power delivery cuts out anytime the user stops pedaling. It also cuts out anytime the brakes are engaged. When riding with pedal assist engaged, you can actually coast to a stop (if not going down a hill) simply by ceasing your pedaling. A little practice in an empty parking lot makes a big difference in getting used to an e-bike and getting comfortable with its performance.

The thing I always struggled with on bikes was the seat height. I'm 6'7, 450 pounds so anytime I would get on a bike and set the seat high enough the lock on the seat post would either snap or just not work and I would go slamming down, and then the seat would tilt all the way back and throw me off basically making the whole thing unrideable.

Just my 2c, as a heavy rider:
6'1", 320, 64yo, 3 joint replacements; I ride bikes with conversion kits installed (I'm a former bike wrench). 1000w/48v, top end 28mph, range about 12mi on throttle only.
I'm a longtime rider, haven't ridden more than a couple miles to the park with grandsons since retiring 3-1/2 years ago.
I'm in such abysmal shape right now that my ONE NY resolution is more time pedaling. When the weather breaks (Great Lakes region).
    I have 2 ebikes -- the 1000w I mentioned, w/ 7 speeds, and a 1500w single speed. I'm planning on making the single a 7 as well.
Shorter ranges, but the converted bike will be about half the price of a turnkey bike. And I'm picky about parts! Lol

Just a thought; should the day ever come when we can provide a charging system that is efficient enough to recharge the batteries while the bike is being ridden, even just enough to recharge at 50% of battery output which would boost the overall capacity and ride time by 50% more, then I think we'd see these sorts of bikes just explode on the market...everyone would want one. Could you imagine perhaps a charging system as efficient as an alternator in a car, that keeps the battery charged all the time? Wow, that would just be a total game changer.

Great question, we warranty our bikes up to 300lbs, but the weight capacity is 450lbs. The additional weight on the bike may require some things to be replaced sooner than usual, like spokes and seats. But the frame will hold up no problem.

It can handle heavier riders, but the warranty is void over 300lbs. That's mainly because over time the wear and tear will be more and we can't guarantee an exact lifetime of the bike.

Depends on how much you use throttle assist. The more you peddle and less full throttle you save battery time. you'll get probably 25 miles on a 1000 watt battery and motor.

none of them are pedaling. No pedaling == not a bicycle.
