Another mouthwatering "Catch & Cook" really enjoyable video, Love the colours of the fish with the greens, browns, yellows you have an amazing way of catching the fish.
You should catch and cook a wrasse. If you have a big one totally cover it in salt and bake it for 45 minutes then leave to stand for ten minutes. The salt forms a crust and stops it drying out and peels off with the skin after cooking. It is a little mushy but it has a really good flavour. Great with a bag of chips.
Poor Sam always doing the leg work, while you laze about fishing, but he did catch the best wrasse (fascinating colours). Great video, nice scenery and another great catch and cook.

lucky ducks !! Great day of fishing, friendship, and food, uh huh i am doing a New Orleans shrimp boil today. As only a New Orleanian can. One way we're lucky here ..... huge shrimp (prawns) 9 to 12 to the pound. i boil the 16-20. Potatoes, corn, 2 kinds of sausage,3 clusters of garlic, 4-6 onions, salt. cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and lots of creole crab and shrimp boil. They are pretty mild and fruity in flavour. You can slice in half(length way) and roast on BBQ or thinly slice to and add to your cooking. Lots of ways. Can I post a link to a vid we did with Bass and chilli, may help with a few ideas?🐟🎣🌱🌶🔥👍🙂
