      Real wisdom. What can help with getting capital is paying yourself first. When trying to gather capital for your business just know that every penny counts. If you get 10k in a day pay yourself with 1k. If a friend gives 5k pay yourself sh500. In the end you won't believe it when you have 1M already. That will help you start a chapati business. It really works. And if you continue with the same commitment and persistence into your own business you will be so successful. It really works.

    Dear Maya , you motivated me to start my UA-cam channel journey and as far since I started I can say I have found a purpose in my life and I can now make a living from it and share the unseen the unheard and the unexplored.     After watching the video. I quickly rushed to Amazon I got his 2 books.This is clearly a man with wisdom and he got his numbers right.He understands the concept of building wealth very well.
    I am out here in USA i love to get knowledge and then return to Africa and start my building wealth.

    Having lived in UK 🇬🇧for almost 20 yrs and a Ugandan, I can happily say that you can make it in Africa if you apply what Hamis is saying. There is a lot if opportunity, you just need to find it. If only the systems could improve! Kudos Maya, great interview. ❤

      where is reasoning in businesses tell me I want to know. in businesses nothing like reason there, in business we have, thinking, calcuting, lack and consistency because u can't reasons what you don't have or what didn't think about it and nothing like reasoning in business all businesses goes with thinking, calculating, lack and consistency.

    Many people in Africa believe that those with alot of wealth must be connected to corrupt governments. Here is a shocker, there is an African man who is richer than my country's national budget. His wealth came mainly from cement production. the truth is, people say these things because they get uncomfortable to find that someone else has amassed wealth under similar circumstances yet for them they remained broke.
    The day we begin to learn from people like Ham and take resposibility of our own lives, the day Africa will have a new narrative.

    Going to put this on heavy repeat. I met this guy before during a brief visit to Uganda. Very humble guy. had no idea who he was but he spoke to me. I wish I knew then because I would have asked to sit and have a conversation with him. He is dropping 💎💎.
