    Stater brothers grocery in California usually has this cut. And yes it's my favorite as well.

    The vinegar in the yellow mustard helps break down the tissues and tenderize the meat

      If you like pulled pork, you'll love this because the increased surface area allows for even BIGGER flavor than traditionally smoked pork shoulder

    Pork “snakes” aren’t a cut of meat ya see in my neck o the woods. I think I need to check with the local grocery store butcher dept and see if I can get em. Good Vids Thanks.

      Hey Tom, thanks for the comment! Should be pretty easy for any butcher, just ask them to slice the pork shoulder into "steaks" around 1" thick. If any questions, we visited a butcher who showed how it's done around the 2 min mark - ua-cam.com/video/7_DhrqGGiKQ/v-deo.html . Happy grilling!

    Thank you for telling people you warmed up your sauce before basting it… nothing worse then cold sauce on warm meat.
