Pork “snakes” aren’t a cut of meat ya see in my neck o the woods. I think I need to check with the local grocery store butcher dept and see if I can get em. Good Vids Thanks.
Hey Tom, thanks for the comment! Should be pretty easy for any butcher, just ask them to slice the pork shoulder into "steaks" around 1" thick. If any questions, we visited a butcher who showed how it's done around the 2 min mark - ua-cam.com/video/7_DhrqGGiKQ/v-deo.html . Happy grilling!
Thank you for telling people you warmed up your sauce before basting it… nothing worse then cold sauce on warm meat. Also… what’s cooking on that Weber back there!?!? Can’t wait to see!
I'm from Seattle and I love a nice pork steak. I actually am watching this video because I plan to make one tonight.

The vinegar in the yellow mustard helps break down the tissues and tenderize the meat
Can’t wait to try this recipe, looks easy…and tasty!
If you like pulled pork, you'll love this because the increased surface area allows for even BIGGER flavor than traditionally smoked pork shoulder
Thanks for the great video. I will try this soon on my channel. I have subscribed. Looking forward to more tips from you.
