  • Former Royal Signals soldier Lexi Chambers has lived with debilitating and constant pain for nearly 20 years. Things got so bad that she made the decision to amputate her leg.
Lexi's pain was caused by Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) - a form of chronic pain. Over the 20 years, Lexi has endured 20 operations, starting with the removal of a toe and culminating in the elective amputation of her left leg.
As the pain became unbearable, Lexi was forced to leave the Army career she loved.
Following Lexi's limb loss, Blesma stepped in to support her recovery and assist with any mobility issues. Our mission has always been to support veterans like Lexi, ensuring they are cared for throughout their lives.
