But AMD is carving into their server marketshare, Intel are having to slowly winding down their GPU project. TSMC is able to offer clients wafers for over 60% cheaper than Intel. TSMCs 3d stacking and CoWoS technology are allowing AMD to make consumer cpus with 3d stacked memory that crush Intels new cpus. They face lawsuits for potentially hundreds of thousands of defective cpus. If Intel can't compete with TSMC head to head in pricing and yield (and how can they when wages are significantly lower in Taiwan), all this will become lost capital and monstrous debt, that will weigh down their chip design business.

@@tringuyen7519 EXACTLY! Finally someone with sense! They even cancelled 20A citing 18A was more worth it, but insiders know otherwise 1) It takes investment making that node work on time and they don't have enough Capital now 2) There wasn't enough demand for it from customers 3) By the time it was projected to come out, TSMC's latest 3nm nodes would be better and cheaper
Positive developments since last earnings: - Intel 18A node should start mass production 1H 2025 (TSMC's 2nm first serious competitor). - Amazon signed up for Intel 18A for their custom AI silicon (along with 2 other clients not named yet). - Will receive $8.5b CHIPS act money before the end of the year. - Will save around $10b from all the cost cutting measure.
Intel is truly the smartest guy in the room. Why didn’t TSMC/Samsung think about this strategy? Skip all the node development and go for the 18A directly. Better yet Intel should skip 18A and go for 0.00008A next.😊

It's sad to see what has happened to Intel. It reminds me very much of HP before it split in two. The issue with Intel is deeper than Pat G. and they will not change until someone who really knows what they are doing takes the reigns of Intel.

As a newbie investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Kristine Lynn Weber is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Kristine Lynn Weber, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $200k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Without a doubt! Kristine Lynn Weber is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted on thorough research and years of practical experience.
how would you recommend i enter the crypto market? I am also looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally.. What's your take on this approach? and How can i reach her, if you don't mind me asking?
I have faith in Intel and Pat, it's going to be a rough road to get there but the mission of bringing highend chip manufacturing back to the USA is too important to pass up. Pat is making some tough choices but I think his long term strategy is going to be a winning one. The amount of power required cloud computing + AI is going to really add up. It's at the point data centers are going nuclear to meet power demands.
Pat is a phenomenal leader, but you can only fight a war with the troops you have now. It will take time and a strong vision to turn this turd of complacency around. I’m not sure Pat can do this, but I certainly hope he can.

Intel is a buy at this price.

Don’t expect that $8.5 billion in the next 6 weeks! Congress doesn’t want to give $ to a company that just laid off 17,500 employees.

191 billion dollar company, Intel should buy back all the 13th and 14th gen cpus from their customers and build a desk out of them for this guy.

Intel should sell itself to Elon Musk. He maybe can infuse some efficiency to Intel again.
