Hi Humberto, do you know when will this take action? Its bacause i already applied for my travel documents 6 months ago, so do you think i should be able to get it anytime soon because of this change? Thank you
Hi humberto Question for ya. My mother and I were in our way to her citizenship interview (second attempt )the other day, unfortunately we had a car accident( tire blow up etc) 15mins before the appointment about 5 blocks away from the USCIS local building . I called them asking to reschedule i also explained the situation with details, the ,officer said: my supervisor will review your case and he will get bck to ya via email, also we will send you a letter. Today I received an email from USCIS, says : Your request for reschedule of your re -examination has been considered and denied by a supervisor immigration service officers. I was like WTF !, should I send them a letter with proof of the accident such as: Pictures, towing etc? Am I gonna lose tons of money helping my elderly mother getting her citizenship? 🤦♂️ feel like immigration these days doest have a heart unless u crossed the border illegally or your from Ukraine 🤔
Good morning please my children went for their citizenship interview they said everything was okay but since September they never heard anything from immigration again
So....your saying I am finally going to get an answer on my I-130 that I have been waiting on for 7 months now? My case is at Texas service center. Not that it matters, they are all slow. This is for CR1. Trying to get my wife here finally.
Hi thanks for your videos and work. I have a question about the 3 vs 6 months goal times for processing. What do they actually mean, I mean there not any sort of legislation or similar? USCIS have a huge backlogg, it feels like those times cannot be met until sometime very far into the future when they have worked through all the backlog. I have friends that have waited 14 months for their I-140, I-485 and most notably I-765, it feels like these goal times are just wishful thinking or what do you think?
Hi Daniel, it is new policy. I think they are tired of all the law suits! After January 2022, they have been adjudicating n 400's in 2 to 3 months. They will start with newer cases and try to meet the goals.
@@chiehiuraconfidence3353 yes am still waiting to get it for five years but unfortunately them just deny it last week I ask my husband to contact Graylaw for a new process

Hi, Thank you for your very informative videos, could you please answer my question: I have a permanent green card. I left USA in match8 2020 when pandemic started and was only able to come back to USA in November 2020 because there were no flights due to pandemic. So It appears like I left USA for more than 6 month. The machine on the boarder criss crossed my green card. The officer asked me some questions but he let me in. Now I’m still in USA but need to visit my relatives(up to 3 month). The question: as the machine on the border has crisscrossed my green card how do I find out if it’s ok? Is my green card still valid? I’m scared to leave USA as I don’t know what to expect when I’m back. I’ve been using my green card all this time as my ID in banks, hotels, so on and it was always ok. Thank you 🙏
