I like that it is built in house and I really like the idea of the wider seat especially since I also have a wider seat..lol I also like the ability to open the pleat for additional comfort.

Looks good but I agree not having the prussik on the bridge loops would be a no go for me. I like how the bridge loops are longer. He just needs to add the adjustment ability on the bridge loops.
Did you experience any pressure induced by having a metal buckle on the hip from the leg straps

The Orion looks like it'd be a good option for someone like me, Retired Army Service Disabled Veteran who has issues staying in any position comfortably for any period of time. Relatively new to hunting and looking at lightweight options... Great to see the adjustments, and thanks for the review.

Looks awesome, curious how the pleated cordura saddle feels compared to a mesh single pannel, i like the buckle placment as well for the leg straps

Great looking saddle. Made from a great guy has to be from Morehead KY my former hometown and wear I went to school for 2 years.
JC makes some of the best stuff out there. If anyone is in the market, please consider this saddle. I don’t have this one, but can vouch for the quality of his earlier stuff. It’s worth the wait over any “ready to ship” unit you’ll get from the bigger guys.

Good looking saddle
Looks like a solid build saddle and the adjustment straps is what really intrigues me. Love the camo as well, which we all know is the most important part of a functional saddle. Hopefully they'll be at the Mobile Hunters Expo in Chattanooga. Thanks for the review.

Really enjoying your reviews. Thorough but short with really good info. Your G3D Sub One video helped me to pull the trigger. Really like the upgrades on this saddle. I like how they have their leg buckles on the side of the saddle so they are out of the way and quiet. Pleat looks like the best of both worlds between single panel and double panel.
