- I recently experienced a stay at what many consider the best hotel in Scarborough, the Crown Spa Hotel. Intrigued by its reputation, I booked a one-night stay to see if it lived up to the hype. The hotel boasts a fantastic restaurant, a spa complete with a full gym and swimming pool, 24-hour bar service, and more. The spacious and immaculate rooms offered stunning views overlooking Scarborough Bay. Without a doubt, this is a place I would eagerly revisit.

I used to visit the hotel to service the boilers and hot water system many years ago, all located in the basement, past the swimming pool area. Most times I was in and out in the day but once I was on a later job which ran on into the evening. The maintenance manager organized access to the staff canteen for a meal and it was excellent food.

Looks great, really enjoyed your video…my nephew was married at this hotel although we never stayed there, we still thought that it had a really nice vibe to it.

The last time we stopped there it was in room 300 it’s got magnificent views of the bay a good size room am going back a few years but we booked directly and got free wi-fi which was a surprise and a bonus we will always stop in that room highly recommended 👍🏻

@@lincslad54 everywhere you seem stay now days the bar prices are crazy I paid £6.50 for a pint of larger a few weeks ago in a hotel.

This place looks well nice I'd love to stay here it's not badly priced during the week I've seen dearer Premier inn's. The only downside to this place I think Jimmy Savile or his mum lived here for abit didn't they ?

No, his flat was further along the Esplanade. Not that it would make any difference to staying here
Saville owned a flat in the same block, further down towards Scarborough centre, not part of the hotel.@@neilrgreatestadventures
