Angie one day you should make a video where you rewatch all of your kids gift guides and tell us what ones were your favorites and which ones were duds!
I would love to see a family gift guide. We try to do that as well for ourselves, children, and grandchildren to enjoy when we are all together. Also, one on y'alls favorite board games would be great. Thanks for sharing these gift guides!
What are the ages? My hubby and I are a bit of board game hoarders. We play all the time with our kids and nephews and love the Tiny Epic games, Rummikub, Sequence, Doomlings, The Haunted Mansion, Gizmos, Relative Insanity, and Catan among a bunch of others!
Girl, there are magnetic tile legos now!!!! We were doing Lego sets for the kids this year but realized the combo and went for those for our eldest two! Seriously so cool.
The bubble machine is truly one of the best gifts we ever got our kids. They take it outside all summer for in the pool and sprinkler and love to use it indoors in the winter too
I think our play couch has covered many of the things you have talked about, it can be a couch slide and a tumble spot, etc. This year we are doing yoto mini, a haba board game and a knockoff of magnatiles
Such wonderful suggestions! I shopped the post Halloween sales and bought several super hero costumes for my boys’ Christmas gifts for less than $5 each!
I like the nostalgic gifts as well. The traditional board games like Sorry, Trouble, Candy Land,, also BOOKS, real books that you pick up and read to the child or the child can read. Angela buys books but doesn't include them in her video gift guides. Art supplies, drawing paper, watercolors, pastels, colored pencils etc. are great gifts. Kids need things that are NOT online. :-) I remember just a set of Legos to build whatever you wanted. Now it seems to be all kits to build certain items.
I feel you, girl! Never realised aging would be like this on the gut. Lol I appreciate the vid, such a good idea to try to rule out annoying gifts! 😅 I IMMEDIATELY thought about Stair Slide! 😆 Looks so cool. Didn't know about the sofa slide. ❤️
We got the stair slide last year and within 5 minutes the two year old was bleeding. They love it still but set some rules up front and teach them how to stop/stand up at the bottom. We have 4 slide parts, but they find they like 2 best. Also, we did put a small love sac at the bottom for a while and that was fun until they figured out how to stand up when they land at the bottom.
We bought a bubble machine for our daughter. She loves bubbles to be blown but doesn't want to do it herself. Shes what we call a supervisor, she starts playing and calls you to play with her and then she stops. She wants it done but doesn't want to do it herself. So we bought a bubble machine because I was over constantly blowing bubbles. Outsmarted her there
“I had bread and cheese…. And that’s basically the same thing.” Bahahah! I mean Jesus was comparable to bread AND wine and both pair well with cheese- so, are you even making it up?! Hahahah
If i were the kids, I would wish for retrogame 300 with 10k free games on it. Some games wont work but its good anyways. Im getting retrogame 300 with 10k games on it soon! Im so excited!

I liked this list. I have watched many but this 1 is at the top.
The long tumbling mats make the best slip-n-slides that actually hold up.

I remember when the garden gnome rain gage was the most purchased gift on your recommended list. And we got chastised for being naughty. 🤣
We have the bubble machine. My kids love it and I pull it out for birthday parties!

We got a nativity scene with wooden figures in a playbox and my kiddo loves it!

Bone Comb big hit with my 8 year old grandson. Thanks :)
Great video! My work does a toy drive every year, and as a single person I have no clue what to buy for kids. These videos are really helpful 😊
Yes to family gift idea gift guide and teens! Thanks! ❤
Angie, love you more than life. Your videos - chefs kiss. We do miss vlogs that you did in the old house and not sit downs every time.

Can you please do a gift guide for stocking please? I am struggling so hard.
Cheese hangovers are real! Yet I fall for it every time

Do older kids do Better with it? Got it for my 7 year old
I just saw a video of a mom supposedly breaking her tailbone doing the stair slide!
The slinky would probably work perfect on that slide
laser guns! they're so much fun lol much better than nerfs

And what IS this magical “care about Lego organization” age??? 🥴😵💫
My 8yo makes a mess of legos but loves them organized so he can find the pieces he wants 😂
So take Angie's advice and eat all the bread and cheese now? Okay 😂😂 I'm 25, I only got a couple bread and cheese years left 😫😂
We have that stair slide and it is SO fast. I’ve been a coward and tucked it away. Maybe I’ll bring it back out..
