This may end up this weekends Saturday Night Special at my house. :) I have a lot of that stuff already including the seeds at the end. I don't have the steaks though but can fix that when I do the weekly grocery shopping Sat. morning. Going to make a lot more than that though so will have to scale it up & serve mine over Jasmine rice. :D - Heidi

I remember watching Nickos kitchen many many years ago and it was a huge channel with good and interesting dishes and recipes. And now it’s just these 1min short instagram-style videos with sped up stuff. No wonder the fame Fades when you try to go with every trend.
He probably sold the channel to a media company that makes these videos
