INGREDIENTS:
4 cups apple cider
3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground allspice
2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (3 ounces) confectioners' sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 ½ cups packed dark brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 ½ pounds Granny Smith apples, cored, and shredded (3 cups)

Fall is here! Got to have the vanilla! The shredded apple's will provide nice texture to the bundt cake. The reserved cider reduction on top will give a little moisture too. Really nice!
