Trump is a great guy. My dad had the experience of randomly sitting beside him at two different baseball games back in the late '80's. He remembers Trump talking to all the people seated near him, getting to know them and being genuinely interested in them as people. He's apparently extremely approachable and friendly.
I hope we all know that it doesn't matter who is in the 'top job' because this is a systemic problem -- greed. We have allowed many of our economic sectors, to take advantage of the American people. My grandfather was an alcoholic and my mother is as well. It’s such a nasty addiction as all addictions are. It hurts me to see what she’s pushed aside if it means she can get a drink. That’s one thing I’ve always related to Trump on and it’s painful to talk about but I’m happy when he does because like he said if it helps one person, it’s worth the conversation.
Trump doesn't understand the world of addiction, but he was very interested and seemed happy for Theo. He seemed legit sad about his older brother. It was very good for him. The comments on the video back up that it made an impact. Kamala is locked behind the teleprompter, Trump getting out and in front of people, outside of his rallies, is what he needs. Old media is dead, Trump needs to start giving time to new media, that's where he'll pick up the undecides. He did a golf video with a famous golfer a month or so ago and it was also very good for Trump's image.
These nay sayers don't think for themselves. This country didn't start off with voting rights for everyone. Not even all white men. Vivek's idea of a required civic's test is a common sense idea.I don't think Trumnp will do that sadly.
The difference between Theo and Elon was the fact that it was in person. The Elon chat was good, don’t get me wrong! I’m still laughing over the Putin/Trump conversation…”No way!” … “Way.” 😂😂😂 But Theo brought out something in President Trump that I think can only be done in person, and Theo has such a gentle and willingly transparent soul and energy, it’s almost like it’s contagious. People just willingly chill and open up around him.

I’ve kept myself pretty distant from a lot of the goings ons of today and because of that I want to say thank you for bringing this interview to my attention. It was the boost in my morale I needed.
I love Theo and how authentic he is. As someone who battled substance abuse at some stage in my life (now 5 years clean), he inspires me in the way he's able to talk candidly about it with humor, which for me is more healing than the usual doom and gloom that surrounds recovery conversations. With a former president no less. Pretty cool how Trump asked him genuine questions about it, with empathy and curiosity, rather than treating him like some kind of low-class drug addict. The other thing I'm recovering from is Trump Derangement Syndrome, lol. Yes, I had a major case of it back in 2016. Now it's safe to say those days are behind me.
Good for you for finding what works and sticking with it so far! Keep pushing forward! Question: did the two recoveries start simultaneously and do you think they're connected?
The best comedy club I have ever been in was a AA meeting. Get a bunch of old boozers and junkies together and the stories they have… if they are truly recovered they not only know how tragic and serious it is, They absolutely know how to use humor to handle it all and to move forward. It’s really a beautiful thing to experience. And funny af. 😂😇

Thank you, that annoyed me that she said that this Theo interview was his first attempt at capitalizing on the "vibes" concept. He's been doing a fantastic job, rabid TDS people just won't listen. He's been doing tons of podcasts and internet appearances like that golf video. And like you're saying, he's done tons of in-person things like going to rural areas and autographing farmers' tractors and such. The media just buries any attempt to humanize him. The left's advantage isn't "vibes", it's media favor.
Because he doesn’t brag about it. Most genuine people don’t go around talking about the good things that they’ve done. One time his limo broke down and a guy stopped and helped get it back running again Trump was so appreciative that the guy ended up getting a check in the mail and he was able to pay his mortgage off. Nobody ever talks about all the good things he’s done
Ive met Trump. I dont tell people much but ill write it here. Back in 2016 , we actually talked for 10 mins or so. Longer than a handshake and passing by. We had a conversation. And to anyone confused on how he really is off of the camera, this right here exactly. No intimidated, sense of humor, he asked questions and cared about what was said. This big mega star running for president and meeting him, was wild. Until I met him, yes he's a normal human . He is not loud, rude or anything. I know why Hollywood loved him and guess what, they secretly still do. I bet my last dollar. Yeah on camera he can be funny as hell and will roast anyone, no filter. But he knows when not to say certain things. Way smarter than people assume. He knows on camera, you have to add more personality like anyone. I knew the media would give him a hard time if he won, I didnt think he'd be treated as badly as he was which is insane what's happened, but he's not a quiter. He's not running for him. He's running for us. There are extremely bad forces against us. And he's well aware . Most people who hate him , its envy. I can tell the difference. Would I meet him again? I dont do rallys as Im not comfortable in crowds but yes, I am open to meeting up with him again if i had the chance . Sure.
The conversation was amazing. I have only heard Trump talk about his brother and the no smoking/drinking/drugs once before and each time he comes across so much more likeable and relatable. And I love how Theo kept him on the topic of addiction and healthcare for a major part of the interview.

President Trump showed his love for his fellow American at his last rally... the first outdoor rally since he was almost taken from this Earth... While standing behind a massive ballistic wall, Trump saw a woman in medical distress... He stopped, called for help, and walked away from his shield, and over toward the woman who was to the right of the stage. Instead of fear of another bullet, he walked down and comforted the woman. She reached out and gave him a massive hug of appreciation and love.

I don’t get why people think comedians are dumb. They’re some of the smartest people on the planet. Their job is to literally observe people and make smart, witty comments about them. And unlike journalists who mostly serve their corporate masters, comedians for the most part are independent, so they can be honest.
Leaders aren't supposed to be "relatable", they're supposed to be revered or set aside from everyone else. Stop trying to make leaders relatable, we want leaders who inspire us because they are not like us.
The first half of this podcast and the video with Bryson DeChambeau is the best Trump I've ever seen. He genuinely cares and is interested by people. When he has a conversation with someone, he listens genuinely. It's such a breath of fresh air from usual "campaign mode" Trump which I'm just tired of at this point.

He was never on his phone, no handlers or entourage, just 1 hour of political talk on the air with personal family talk and personal conversation off the air, with Trump always returning right to where the personal conversation had left off. Trump clearly has not changed his personable nature. Fantastic interview-both directions.
I am a 60 year old man who loves listening to your commentary! I drive hours a day and I have a playlist that I'll put on and you're on it all the time
Awee! Such a good comment!
Beautiful lady
Trump: we had the best economy in the history of America
Theo: yeah my cousin got a boat
Baron Trump has been a huge asset. Give him credit for these interviews.
As of right now, over 8 million views on the video. Great for Theo and Trump!

💯 This interview was SO good. Trump and Theo had such nice banter. Trump felt so normal. Theo was just himself and it was great.
Trump is a great guy. My dad had the experience of randomly sitting beside him at two different baseball games back in the late '80's. He remembers Trump talking to all the people seated near him, getting to know them and being genuinely interested in them as people. He's apparently extremely approachable and friendly.
I'm betting DJT didn't give Von a prescribed list of questions to use!
Lol… why not? You don’t think calling the former president homie would make it in?😂😂
I hope we all know that it doesn't matter who is in the 'top job' because this is a systemic problem -- greed. We have allowed many of our economic sectors, to take advantage of the American people. It's disgusting and frightening for the future of our country. My husband and I will be retiring in the next two years n another country. We are absolutely worried that SSI will no longer be funded. we'll have to rely on his pension, a 403 (b) and a very prolific lnvestment account with my Abby Joseph Cohen my FA. Our national debt is bloating and expanding every month. Our government needs to get spending under control and cut the federal budget.
I know this FA, Abby Joseph Cohen Services but only by her reputation at Goldman Sachs; even though she's now involved in managing portfolios and providing investmnt guidance to clients. I have been trying to get in contact since I watched her interview on WSJ last month

I think President Trump has more compassion then folks will ever know. There is something about him that pulls on my heartstrings.

I didn’t think Theo and trump were joking too much about addictions. I felt like trump was genuinely curious about what it was like and how hard it was to quit simply because he didn’t know. And Theo was comfortable answering his questions so it made for a great conversation that we weren’t expecting to see.
I listened to this entire podcast episode while driving from work it was so interesting and hearing about Trumps brother who told him so not take drugs and alcohol was so nice to hear because they are extremely addictive
Imagine Kamala trying to have a human conversation with Theo.
*anyone
So many people hurting in America. Thanks for the fantastic interview, compassion and humanity
I have family members that are so blinded by the media message that when i show them stuff like this they still hate him. Its insane to me. And some wont even be open to listening to stuff like this at all.

This is why I would like Rogan to have him on. Rogan doesn’t really interview people with a specific purpose. It’s usually a conversation and he does ask questions but it goes in all different directions. Trump can handle that unlike most politicians.
No Joe can kick rocks. He has said multiple times he won't help Trump. He is a coward. No that RFK Jr is supporting Trump wonder what Joe will do?
It’s time to Make America Great Again!
America was never great.
Cool cool… So exactly when was it great? What years? Hmm..
@@morpheusxnyc I don't know how old you are but I'm old....grew up in the 60's, 70's and 80's. I even loved the 90's and the early 2000's. So much divisiveness in the country now. Your comment just proves that. It's a shame.
@@sbffsbrarbrr tax rates were highest during the 1950's, under a Republican President.
@@sbffsbrarbrr I literally just asked the question of exactly when was America great. What is this magical time period that we’re trying to restore?
And your response is to say that America is super divided, which of course it is, but then say that my question is proof of how divided it is. That’s an utterly wild logical fallacy. Apparently, anyone who has questions for you, and doesn’t just nod their head like some kind of cult member, is a heretic.
I’m old enough, believe me. The real problem is that you can’t answer the question.
I got to meet and talk with trump for a few minutes while he was golfing at the golf course my parents live at and he is one of the nicest kindest people I have ever met
thats amazing. ppl who dont like trump always bring up something he did like 5 years ago and thats literally the only thing that they ever mentioned. trump is definitly a somewhat genuine and bold guy who doesnt care what ppl think. hes awesome
People need to see him doing what Kamala is afraid to do - speak, answer questions, and get to actually know him.
I love your enthusiasm for Trump and Theo interview! It does show how down to earth Trump is! Keep up the great show!
I saw that podcast trump came across as a very caring compassionate empathetic man and when I cast my vote it will be the sense of pride
If there ever was an argument against universal suffrage is people (mostly women btw) voting on “vibes”

Theo got real comfortable hit him with "whats was his name donald" completely disregaurding that this man and likely to be the next president 😂

The difference between Theo and Elon was the fact that it was in person. The Elon chat was good, don’t get me wrong! I’m still laughing over the Putin/Trump conversation…”No way!” … “Way.” 😂😂😂
But Theo brought out something in President Trump that I think can only be done in person, and Theo has such a gentle and willingly transparent soul and energy, it’s almost like it’s contagious. People just willingly chill and open up around him.
I’m so excited about the candles then go look for it and see how expensive they are!!! $58 for a candle!!!!!???????? Girlll noooo
Oh man me too :( I really need some fall feel candles and my husband is in the hospital with cancer :/ that price is out of the budget:(
@@flagbabygirl buy local
Watched a really interesting video on why good quality scented candles are so expensive. The fragrance oils alone will make up most of the price and using better wax. At cost the candle ended up costing 42 dollars! So 58 might seem steep but if the raw cost is 42 it's not bad at all🙏 like still so pricey but I hope it makes more sense why 😅
Really glad you showed this. I held my nose twice when I voted for Trump and have many reservations now. The more human you can make him, the better he'll do. Go Barron!
Barron doing a great job
Theo's superpower is the ability to humanize every guest on his show.
Brett clearly been living under a rock.. trump goes to frat parties and flips burgers and throws footballs. . he saved the ice ring in new York city , paid someone's mortgage for fixing his tire .. trumps been a good person his entire life.

He does your just gullible. You have fun on the front
Iconic for sure..he showed no judgment. He genuinely wanted to understand. ❤
It's obvious how much effort went into this!
"People vote based on vibes" is a super nice way of saying morons vote based on vibes
Each human radiates a different frequency or “vibration” based on their emotion and intent. Vibes sounds dumb but it’s actually a saying derived from a very tangible study.
Policy is the only thing that should matter. People shouldn't vote based on how "likable" someone is. I want RESULTS, not cheap talk.
Like two guys having a beer, except none of them drink.
Theo is the person that all politicians should be interviewed by. There is no one more perfect because he never ceases to get real while also making light of things. Like it’s hard but there hilarity in it too
It was such a great interview. Such a wonderful time. Everyone says, Wow, what a great interview that was.
No one is mentioning the craziest part. That Theo is the first person in a whiiiiiile to ask a president about pharmaceutical advertising 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I'm just saying, we need a stream of Barron playing FNAF with Trump on Twitch.
I dont even like that game, but I'd wet myself laughing if they played that game.
I just watched Trump and Melanias newlywed interview with Larry King from 2005 and I got the same vibes from that. Good stuff. Great guy. Melania is awesome too and so loyal.
"Theo showed up in a suit jacket."
Pretty sure someone handed him one just before the camera started. lol
"Cocaine is a hell of a drug" ~ RIP Rick James. 🤣😇
I don’t get why people think comedians are dumb. They’re some of the smartest people on the planet. Their job is to literally observe people and make smart, witty comments about them. And unlike journalists who mostly serve their corporate masters, comedians for the most part are independent, so they can be honest.
opera askes him to run for prez then he runs and she hates him lol
Oprah is a fraud.
If a leftist didn’t have double standards they wouldn’t have any at all.
I thought Trump came off great with Theo. He seemed normal unlike Harris/Walz
When he called him Homey and the coc@ine comment about owl and street light haha Theo is gold
Leaders aren't supposed to be "relatable", they're supposed to be revered or set aside from everyone else. Stop trying to make leaders relatable, we want leaders who inspire us because they are not like us.
Barron is Theo fan!!!
The first half of this podcast and the video with Bryson DeChambeau is the best Trump I've ever seen. He genuinely cares and is interested by people. When he has a conversation with someone, he listens genuinely. It's such a breath of fresh air from usual "campaign mode" Trump which I'm just tired of at this point.
he’s obviously the best choice. Loves America and its citizens.
Driving from San Diego to Phoenix tomorrow to see him. Very excited.
2:06 the self-awareness that this is probably the worst segue into a sponsor by Brett ever is priceless. 😅
I also watched trump break 50 video with Bryson Dechambeau. He did the exact same thing asking Bryson questions about how he approaches putting. Trump genuinely cares about learning from others experiences and absorbs information whenever he can. I agree with Brett 100%, he is a good guy!
Theo came prepared to talk about a hard topic that was close to his heart- addiction and unfair pricing within the healthcare system- and Trump did so amazing.
Donald Trumps interview with Dr. Phil was also great as they talked about the hardship that the last 9 years has had on his family. It humanized him more than any other interview I've seen him do until this one. Love seeing these types of conversations!
Kamala may have "cool vibes" but Trump often has more wholesome vibes.
The interview was interesting. I’m glad that Donald Trump talked about some of his family members in the interview.
