Hey everyone!! I hope y’all enjoy this HVAC rough-in process, it’s really awesome to see how it unravels!! Let’s get this video to 500 likes 👍🏼 see you on the next one!!
there is no access for that coil on the airhandler ., should fail inspection
I’ve been doing HVAC for just over 5 years now and I absolutely love watching other companies do that work is different ways. Looks great
Thanks so much for the feedback!! See you on the next one!!
do you recommend hvac as a career? ive been stuck between electric or hvac
@@jonathanmarcelo4563 what did u decide im thinking about hvac as well. electrical looks to scary lol
@@williamsway4577 as someone doing hvac for the last 7 years…. Get into electrical instead you’ll thank me later. Way easier and way more money
Guess them guys never heard of mastic. They sealed the seams on the round pipe with silver duct tape, didn’t seal the boots to the floor, and probably sealed the takeoffs with tape if they sealed them at all. Panned off return instead of a plenum or squared to round, no isolation pads under air handler. I could go on but I’ll stop there. We wouldn’t pass inspection doing work like that around here.
yayyyy! been waiting for this one, love the vid
Hope you enjoyed it!
I Love your videos ! I found you from Tik Tok and I have been watching the journey from the start man! Congrats on your success so far with the house. 👏🏼 It's coming out amazing.
Thanks so much Isrrael!! Appreciate you following the journey!! New video comes out today!!
I bet you can feel the vibrations when that unit is on. They had no isolation from the unistrut to the unit. I mean they could have at least slapped some rubber pads under it. I’m curious to know if it’s loud mounted like that with no isolation.
Nice job man looks good
Thank you!!
What brand of equipment did you go with ? (furnace/a-c).
I’ve always loved roughing in houses. Make things look pretty and put on some music and go to town then before you know time to go home. Or bed lol.
It’s an awesome process!!
It is absolutely crucial that you make a well designed, with maintenance friendly, with built in and Tight duct work installation in order to get the most efficient system. I think it should be code to also have a light for crawlspaces. Remember, it takes $ to stay comfortable so you want something good on ⚡⚡
Need a dehumidifier under it to, also try to get it capsule under there
i see alot of very very shitty jobs over the last 4.5 years ive been doing new construction. Props to these guys they are giving away free Gems here . if your new trying to learn , take notes .
Thanks for the kind words!!
Great video. Similar size home that is 80+ years old. What model/unit and sizing did you use and how much did it cost?
3 ton 14 SEER but I can't remember the name and pricing!! It's a turnkey price!! Thanks for watching!!
It was cheap for sure since it's a Goodman. Cheap ass crap in my opinion lol Great job! By the way 👍🏼
I'm totally unawer about this process coz we didn't have this system in India.. But I guess Now your house will be warm and cozy on cold day..👍
Have a wonderful day Niko.
✌
Thanks for watching and learning with me!! See you on Sunday!!
11:42 thanks for showing what company to avoid for professional hvac work lol
What’d they do poorly?
@@skolbluesthe install. Idk it’s been a month I’m not rewatching
@@uhbot223 I saw nothing that looked shitty or was done incorrectly. Maybe that first floor cutout was ugly but apprentices have to do SOMETHING right??
Hvac professional here.. very nice niko! How many tons is the unit ?
Dang. At 14:22 I’d be cussing those installers for running that duct right in front of that unit if I was a tech coming in to fix it. No room for the tech when they had all the room in the world to work with. A little forethought goes a long way.
They didn’t tape or staple the insulation around the pipes and not only that they didn’t even Pooky the the pipes where they connect they only put sheet metal screws it’s going to be leaking lots of air underneath
they did a amazing job looks good
Thanks so much!!
Its that a goodman?
"Milwaukee tools, must be a good company or something" 😁
I did a 2 million custom all concrete historical home
He wants to make sure eveything is good as they show a picture of the round return tapped right into panning on the unit. Needs a plenum or square to round there. Haven't watched the whole video, I'm sure I will see more.
The foundation is so damp that the floor is easy to break
Yes sir I like to this job my experience 16 years Dubai and Qatar girls❤
1600 sq feet for $350,000 ?!! Shheeeee
Wouldn’t you put the underfloor insulation in first?
Crazy thin walls on that house too… No wonder Americans love big HVAC systems - you lose all your heat through those janky matchstick walls…
I hope if you have family in Ukraine they are okay and safe #standwithukraine
I'm 13 and 6 feet tall
Woah
No return plenum, no vibration pads under the unit (for vibration and service purposes), no taping the boots to the subfloor, not the best install I’ve seen…sorry. Will it work, yes but not as efficient as your were talking about
Tape comes loose, use mastic
Yep, I wouldn't put my name on that job.
@@ryanrents126 Mastic is code for us here.
yes i hate when air is blowing on my neck i think its a ukrainian thing
You know exactly what I’m talking about Vitaliy 😂
@@NikosPropertyShow yep
First
Thanks Conner!!
350,000 and you get a Goodman? That’s low.
Lol your HVAC unit isn't intended to be a status symbol. If it works it works.
@@ryanrents126 exactly
@@ryanrents126that's the thing. It's a Goodman. It doesnt work lol
I would be highly upset if someone installed that in my home. So many mistakes were made and so many cheap ways of doing things. They were laughing all the way to the bank.
So far Hvac system and company the worst of all subcontrator. Installation, look no efficient at all, the service for that unit will be a nightmare. No thinking process at all on that installation. Very very poor job
This looks terrible!
