Finally made it to the flow trails for the first time yesterday. No one else was there. The pump track didn't look well maintained but the flow trails were very nice. Excellent place to work on jumps and berms and as you mentioned.
Just put in Columbia Trail , High Bridge on your GPS . The flow trails and pump track to your left of parking lot and a 30 mile (roundtrip) gravel trail to your right which is pretty sweet.

yeah they put up a dirt mound to maintain with but then people started riding it lmao

It a fun pump track. We couldn’t clear thise tabletops before also. But we kept going back at it and kept riding until we we’re able to clear them
